Our overall  experience with SKIMMER is great, we love it it's a great software and we wish everybody would use to make their lives easier in the pool industry.

I most like how easy and straightforward it is to use as well as make changes and add work orders on the fly.

It's a pain to have to switch apps and re-enter data to calculate LSI. We need broadcast texting.

The ability to track product usage per customer has allowed me to make sure I never lose money by not charging for products I used at a customers house.

It's not over complicated and it's very "human", the pool industry is a bunch of 10 point words that no one really has an answer too without googling it. With skimmer if you have good training and are certified in your department. It's straight from the book and simple. Building your company with this program has changed my life, and truly made me live out my dream. If Skimmer endorsed us, I'd probably pass out. Haha, thank you guys for all of your hard work. Keeping things simple in the world right now is hard, and you guys have nailed it.

Overall skimmer has been amazing! We have been using it everyday for 2 years and it’s been amazing! They have listened directly to any requests we have made and changes have come soon there after. Skimmer makes out company look professional as possible and without them we would be lost. If you’re a pool person looking for an excellent, inexpensive, easy to set up and use, software look no further. Truly thankful for the day we switched from our previous software. 10/10 stars!
