Overall the experience has been awesome. Great partners in helping provide solutions and very timely in reacting to issues.

On bigger projects they seem to under promise and over deliver on their releases and updates. They are amazing at communicating with our team and progress of everything they are involved in.

I struggled initaly with the layout and functionality. Being a low tech person, I wasn't used to some of the diy options like variables. I am mostly satisfied as I learn more about how to use the software.

Supermove can Help your Moving Business

It was/is a project to switch over from one CRM to another and to be honest most of us operators hate the idea of doing so but the Supermove staff really made it as easy as possible. I initially went with the best deal (financially speaking) when I was looking at a CRM and within the same year of signing up with another CRM (cheap isn't good and good isn't' cheap), I found myself shopping and doing demos looking for a new company before the calendar year ended. It was a chore but I'm glad I finally settled here.
