Pros
This software is great for helping to keep your team up to date on schedules and communicating with parents.
I liked that our competitive swim team had a platform designated just for us, but that's about it. It looks nicely organized.
I love how easy it is to keep track of both of my son's upcoming games, practices and scores. I can update their status to either attending or declining their attendance with a quick click.
Pros
The ease and organization of the software has been wonderful - especially for our very large "team.
The ability to track past due payments and send reminders to team members has been a lifesaver. I know that we have had a much better track record of getting payments in a timely manner.
Wonderful customer service, easy to use and this is the best product we have used.

Cons
It is the worst app I have ever used and I use hundreds of them.
I found the communication piece (chat, messaging, emails) to be very confusing. It was tough to know which one you were sending and whether your message would be private or not.
TeamSnap was a bit disappointing and I think could use an update or new features to make it worthwhile.
Cons
We wish this software would somehow be able to show/track negative balances.
It's not ideal from this perspective but we are making it work.
The only downside of the app is the ability of the customers to stop or suspend their payments without approval.
