Pros

The ease of using the software is great for a newcomer to the business. All the important information is easy to get to and it generates useful reports.
This software is also very easy to use. The site map was also very easy to set up and is very helpful to see who is renting a particular unit and gives a nice overview of what is available instantly.
How it interacts with my ability to start, stop, and renew leases on the fly. Ease of use for the end user (my customers) has been awesome.

Pros

The software is adaptable and the team seems happy to help with individual solutions for my specific needs. I still have not integrated with out gate system, but hope to soon.
Their customer service is the best I have ever encountered. The 6Storage development team is extremely professional, highly motivated, and unbelievably responsive to customer needs.
Our self storage facility is based in Spain, but support is given 24/7 wherever you are in the world. Friendly helpful advice, everything you require in one programme to run a successful business.

Cons

No way to charge a Daily rate. Also have trouble going back in and changing sites around so I have to delete them and create new ones.
The site is slow and lags at times. There are features that need to be added.
No automated customer notification of due dates.

Cons

A bit slow and some features are missing, such as privet customers pay tax and private customers dont. We have a selection of units only for customers, they should include tax.
It does not work well on my iPhone. But, I understood this when I signed up.
I have stopped paying multiple services (online accounting, electronic documents, SEO, and pay per click) since I started using 6Storage. I am saving money every month by being a 6Storage client.
