Vagaro is a web-based solution for salon and spa owners to promote their services and connect with customers through ‘Vagaro.Com’ website and Vagaro’s mobile app. It is a B2C platform wherein salons can register and create a profile, advertise their brand, promote new events and book appointments with customers.

With Vagaro, salon owners can create a customized website with complete information about their venue, staff bios, services they offer and their working hours. Salons can display which booking slots are available for the day, week or month and allow customers to book an appointment at a time that's convenient to them. Vagaro allows users to send text and email notifications to customers, confirming the appointment, then send alerts and reminders for appointments booked.

Users can build a customer database by importing contacts from an excel or .csv file or pulling contacts directly from their mobile. Customers can post feedback on a Salon's Vagaoro page, for them to view. Salon owners can also manage internal activities such as generating sales & service reports, monitoring business progress with real time analytics, clock-in & clock-out, staff attendance, and map with payroll service.

Vagaro solution offers an integrated point of sale (POS) feature to sell gift certificates, products or packages to customers online and via mobile. Currently, Vagaro offers its services across Australia, Canada, United Kingdom and USA.

Pros

the stats, the email templates, the design and the tutorial videos. You can be very organized with this software.

Cons

It doesn't automatically charge for late cancellations or no shows. It would also be great if you could pay employees through a payroll system

Pros

The options for notes, cancellations, and the easy to use layout. Sending reminders for my clients and being able to mark if they no showed is a big pro.

Cons

Not being able to edit new services on my phone app if they already have a service booked and want to add a second service.

It is easer to use for my business and my customers to use.

Pros

The booking and contacts are the pros. When I book appointments for people all i have to do is find the date and there it is i just choose the time and presto there it is. It goes the same for contacts easy to use and works perfectly.

Pros

Some of the things I enjoyed about using this software has been the ease of navigation for both my client and myself, customer service exceeded my expectations, trail membership, training and support, are a few of the things. Your company was also transparent about what it offered before I signed up for the trail membership and I am now happy to be using your system full time!

I would like it if the pictures I import onto the site were editable, if Vagaro provided a folder of photos to choose from,

Pros

I like having everything in one space. It makes running my business easier and user friendly for clients.

Cons

I wish it had the option to print service tickets for staff. We are missing that connection is the service for the guest.

Looking forward to the links with marketing, haven't had time to set it all up yet. The system is really easy to use.

Cons

So far not much. would like to have all my services coded a different color. Maybe a way to do it and I haven't figured that out yet.

My clients being able to book their own appointments. Having a great website linked to my business and where people can leave their feedback.

Pros

The app for clients to book their own appointments. Most clients contact me to book their appointments and once they auto rebook they get great reminders and feedback requests.

Cons

Customizing services and appointments without having to create a new service. I sometimes need clients to book bimonthly and I do not have that option with certain services. Also I want to be able to add on to existing servies without having to make a whole new service.

So easy to use and very budget friendly! It has everything my tiny little studio needs without adding a bunch of fluff I don't need

Cons

it keeps signing me out while I'm working, its frusterating because I can't figure out how to change that setting
