What is VBA?

VBA is a cloud-based benefits administration system by Virtual Benefits Advisor which can be used for health care plans, dental plans, vision plans, life insurance, short-term and long-term disability benefit, pharmacy claims, legal insurance, pet insurance, and more.

VBA includes a built-in accounting module, which allows users to maintain multiple account types, manage payer and account information, maintain account balances, transfer funds, void transactions, review funding requests, print pre-check reports, perform reconciliations, process checks, void checks, process refunds, and more.

VBA can be used to track credentialing information, including office hours, accessibility, quality, licensing, malpractice carriers, attestation, and more, with the ability to create multiple procedures, by provider, and define field values. Users can also define recredentialing schedules to receive reminders and event notifications.

VBA also includes modules for authorizations, capitation, commission management, enrollment, notes, care management, reinsurance, events, call tracking, grievances, reporting, fee scheduling, provider management, premium billing, and more.

Easy to learn: Is a really easy programing language. Have some similarities to VB.Net Easy to use: Is very user friendly. Free: no additional cost because it is added to Excel.

If someone has never learn or seeing a programing language it may be a bit tricky to learn. but overall is easy
