Practice Manager

I find it fairly easy to use and our clients who use it, like it. The customer service team is very friendly and eager to help - which says a lot about a company.

When I initially signed on with them, I was impressed with ways they were looking to expand services to better assist the veterinary clinics.

Overall it is a good program and the tech support is awesome and gets back to you right away.

Hospital Manager

We switched to Vitusvet for the prescription ordering module and love it. I also like that appointments are by request and not actually made by the client.

Receptionist

Being a mixed practice with 6 doctors, our phones are always ringing, so being able to schedule from the computer helps greatly. We are trying out the texting feature and we love it so far.

Overall experience has been good and customer service is always very responsive.

While doing everything curbside, we've utilized the texting more than we thought we ever would. Appointment and med requests are easy to read and follow up on, the UI is fantastic.

Vitus Vet is very user friendly. We especially love the 2-way connect (texting platform), as it integrates with our practice management software.

Practice Owner

It is so easy to implement and they help you every step of the way. The other features such as two-way texting, text to pay, and door dash prescriptions are helpful in every practice.

Practice Administrator

It helps us to increase our revenue through increased compliance. It has eased our reminder process and appointment confirmations, saving critical admin time.

Hospital Administrator

Starting to integrate this with telemedicine where clients can text pet pictures with questions. It is also a great appointment reminder tool.

The lack of support is my highest criticism. I don't have a dedicated person or people to help navigate problems and also to present new features and education.

The setup went flawlessly but support afterwards was not good. We still use it but I don’t have a super strong tie if something better came at better price.

Would be best for a small practice. We love it and have used it for years but will likely be switching to a more intuitive program in the near future.

Difficult customer service, and sometimes doesn’t sync up properly.

It makes any contact with our clients quick and easy. Clients are also able to see their pet's records and lab work in the app which is not a feature we've had before.

At this time I do not find any cons with the system. The company responds to my requests and questions fast and has resolved problems quickly.

The medical records are available for viewing too soon. Not flexible appointment request options.

I have always had excellent support from Vitus Vet in the event that I have ever needed help.  They are very on top of it and have easy to follow instructions for changes that need to be made.
