Pros

Absolutely love being able to book so easily, dont even have to rekey any info its that simple. Love that I can open and close the barrier with my phone - best parking experience I have ever had.
It is super easy to use and I like how you get notifications to remind you when you have a parking spot.
Booking is super easy, excellent user experience, very easy to manage bookings.

Pros

I like that Clearooms provides details of available floor plans , desk facilities and meeting details on single platform which i like as it is very easy to use with good customer service.
Support team has been great assisting us in any speed bumps & finding ways to accomplish what we needed for our team. The free trial was a great way to test the platform to see if it worked for us.
The support was fantastic and they made changes to accommodate our needs and the integration with Office 365 is perfect.

Cons

Nothing relevant, except the message warning the barrier opening and closing can delay 15 seconds.
The only feature i feel is missing is more intergrations with other reporting software such as powerbi.
Inability to personalize and customize experience.

Cons

I don't think the feature that emails you to book into your desk in the days after the booking is necessary, and the emails can be a bit annoying.
The inability to book spaces on 15 or 30 min slots. This is an issue raised by a lot of our employees.
I find it a bit tricky to use it on a mobile phone as some of the buttons overlap.
