Pros and cons
I have always had outstanding customer support and the ease of use is very helpful.
Allows us to give best patient care without unknowing giving the patient a big bill that will be from care rendered and deductible amount.
Wonderful costumer service, good training provided for new clients.
I canceled my contract with them, and they would not allow me to cancel and I had to ride it out until the end and pay all their hidden fees. This is ridiculous and a mistake signing up with them.
Can be confusing to navigate, and the claims don't seem to register by date of submission. Can be difficult to find a specific claim I am looking for from the hundreds.
When you give notice on April 24, they cancel you on 7/30 to get as much money as they can. By the way, my renewal date was June 1, but they still made me go to 7/30 to pay them.
