BOM building process is great, Changes are great, Part management is good, Search functions are good.
The search feature within Arena is terrible and it seems to get stuck with Chrome and firefox unless cookies are deleted weekly.
Support folks are good, software is stable and will allow us to present to auditors what we do and how we do it.
Product revision control is a bit too manual (no auto-rev-up for parent items). Some GUI at the request level is confusing.
I love how easy it is to use, very user friendly, can do all kinds of changes, document all of it.
Depending on whether a change has been rejected or withdrawn, it is sometimes impossible to make further edits to a revision until that change is "deleted", even though it had already been rejected.
I've never felt like I was forced to change my workflow with any of the updates, and if I need any help their customer service is excellent.
The search function can be tricky to utilize, and is occasionally glitchy.

Attempts to correct this with assistance from ETQ has failed so far. Management is souring on the use of this software due to a decrease in technical support.
Marketing team is fantastic. Customer Support is generally pretty good.
It may sometimes seem intimidating for first-time users, but with proper guidance from management, the transition doesn’t have to be so difficult.
Once you get a module up and running as a pilot, rolling out to other facilities is extremely easy. Notifications and Views significantly improve ability to manage activities and required follow-up.
The biggest grip we have with this software is the lack of reporting capabilities. There are some out of the box feature, but they are dated and limited in functionality.
ETQ employees are passionate about the product and very customer centric. Built-in support for "localization" (system-level language translations) is also a great feature.
Doesn’t work very well for managing Solidworks files. It lacked linking of related documents.
Analyze the opportunity of improvement with its cost is easier with this software.

I think the excellent customer support that helps establish the tool as a regular part of our operations is outstanding. The Customer Success team is great and very useful when we have questions.
It may be an internal problem, but loading errors occur occasionally.
We are satisfied with the support of the Customer Success Department, both during implementation and after the start of operations, which has facilitated the use of the system.
Compared to our existing drawing storage system, we are dissatisfied that we cannot see the past history of drawings that have been updated due to design changes and that we cannot see multiple pages.
Keyword searches are super accurate, and the accuracy of similar drawings is good. Plus, searching is really fast.
This is unfortunate, as sorting allows for a variety of approaches to search results. In addition, it can be difficult to check drawings on mobile devices.
The search speed for searching is great, and the accuracy of the information extracted is very high. We have high expectations for the software's future development.
When logging in for the first time, you're prompted to register a password from the password change screen. It's only the first time, but was a bit confusing.

I first tried with the usual Excel, but the main problem is that in my process there are unit operations that can take a week and others that can take just an hour, thus, there is a poor visual aid.
Overall I think this software gives a good chance to everyone that wants to plan or manage a project to learn to do it fast and effective. I would recommend it to everyone.
Another would move together. So when you accidentally move something, you don't really know how it looks before and this would easily mess the entire timeline.

My overall experience is great, the software is easy to set up and use across a team, it has great customizable options and export options.
The best feature of this software is to be flexible in the whole process. The linking of different task and the automatic dependencies are most helpful.
What i liked the most is the simplicity, this software is user friendly and provide you what you need without spending so much time trying to understand it.
The interface is clean, simple and well designed. The ability to track time by logging in hours spent on a task is essential in being able to control project costs and fine tune future fee proposals.
Very nice looking webpage, and good customer service as well.
I especially liked that the layout is very intuitive and I don't feel like I have to go searching for features, they are all laid out for me.

I love how customizable eWay-CRM is and the ability to integrated it with Outlook which makes it great to manage all my customers information and data in one place. The support is very great.
Import was quite difficult at the time because of different language settings, I had to translate the csv first but still hat some problems with some fields not importing correctly.
I have found the speed very impressive and searching for information is rapid and easy. I also really like the way the task management system works as it allows me to keep on top of my day.
Sometimes the synchronisation fails & it needs to be restarted again but that happens 1 in 10 times so its not a major deal anyway.
Even the free version offers very good practicability and is a very good entry point the the software.
Occasional crashes, and after few records sometimes appears error message.
It is pretty user friendly, but what i love is the customer support. Any issue or question I have had was answered fairly quickly.

Lack of offline caching causes Models to need to be reloaded when experiencing poor network coverage such as riding down the interstate while working on a customer design.
This is because Onshape is so portable, stable and reliable. It is a solid solid modeler with some very thought through features that are tested with the community before deploying it into the wild.
Printing is a bit of a pain; gotta export / download file and then print.
The stability of the software has been flawless, with minor hiccups being rapidly fixed by the outstanding customer support team.
It is training and support that differentiates competitors. Onshape training is totally inadequate in my experience.
Great support; excellent training available; powerful but economical; fairly easy to begin, even for newbies.
The lack of well-integrated CAM makes the final step in engineering solutions a bit harder than some other packages.
It will be great if you organize on site training, I am sure you can get a good turn out in KL. As a start you can help to build the local Onshape community.

ShopVox seems to miss some functionality. For example, to get the full 100% functionality, I would have to pay for some of the features.
It's excellent when it's all inclusive in quoting to pricing to proofing all the way to invoicing. The tracking makes it great to make sure customers are well taken care of.
We desperately need to be able to ship a partial on a line item without workarounds.
Best decision I've ever made. Not only are we more competitive with the market now, thanks to ShopVox I can focus on quick and easy quotes so that the customer doesn't have to wait till we get back.
Then how to pay to employees. How can be it issue for you if we have 1000s customers.
When using ShopVox I feel like writing up quotes and orders is easy and convenient. Also when sending things to our clients it looks super professional and easy for them to use and understand.
There are some functions that are a bit confusing and some inflexibilities, but minor.
The software is pretty quick and easy to use. It has great customization and flexibility to fit any production workflow.
Proofing system and e-mail templates are great. Being able to write a quote/sales order/invoice and email it over with a payment link is great.

We have no choice because our partner company uses it. This creates cases if you click anywhere accidentally , you won't be able to delete it.calling it will still be in your profile.

No inheritance - so you end up doing things over & over again. No variables - everything needs to be an entity attribute.

We love the document portal and it's ability to share and collaborate on documents.
After using it for a while, you learn the next steps but a new user struggles without written instructions. QT9 has recognized this weakness and is addressing it in their next version.
Training, Documentation Control, ISO Functions, Calibration and Equipment, Supplier and Customer Management, Safety, Corrective/Preventive Action Modules are all great and very useful.
The biggest disappointment - No customability of modules and forms.
This is the best QMS software for the money. It's intuitive, easy to implement and reliable.
No email notifications if an item goes past due. You can only disply the entire reports that are overdue.
Customer support is great and always available to help. Most modules have some level of customizable options to fit the needs of various companies and industries.
Can make the process of red tagging suspect material time consuming.
It is a great tool for Quality. It is organized, professional and easy to use.
This is a very easy to implement software that is inexpensive. The workflows are great out of the box.

I love that my team can configure a solid out-of-the-box solution to their specific needs and can create new applications to continually build and improve our QMS.
Unfortunately we lost our lead support for the software and no it falls on me to continue which I have yet to do. I do not know where to start.

User friendly, effective controls, cost effective, easy accessible for end users once over Cloud and fast performance.
I can't believe how such a highly considered company can produce something this bad.
It is a great ERP system if you want to run a smooth business with all the trasactions recorded clearly. Its easy to learn and access as well.
The sheer amount of time it takes oracle to get setup could bankrupt your company of resources. We are going on a two year implementation time frame and still do not have a functional product.
I have been working with this technology for quite a while now, and Oracle has been great support.
Price charges are more comparitively apps available in markete. Some scenarios are not integrated with other modules.
I am new user and I find it very easy to use. Tracking and finding is so simple and the updation of real time basis is amazing feature.
Overall it has been poor, it takes me longer to get things done with it and is cumbersome to use and learn.
The entire application is spread sheet friendly which accountants and end users love. Journals, invoices,suppliers, budgets etc can be loaded using spread sheets.

It is difficult to get rid of old mistakes once you have added them onto the system, for example if you create a base control by mistake.

I have yet to find anything about this software that would warrant a negative comment.

I use this software to keep track of all the hazardous materials in our lab. It's great at organizing your inventory and the accessibility of the GHS SDS is a great advantage.
It takes some skill to nagivate through the various elements and risk presentation options then to export the changes for individual projects so we use a facilitator at this stage.
Great experience and I love working with the VelocityEHS team.
The overall experience with RiskView has been a positive one. We have actively used the system and applied it to our needs and MeerCat RiskView team have been very supportive of our endeavours.
It's efficient and simple. I love the option to customize our labels, it helps us have a new organization in our lab.
It is easy to use and easy to capture all the information as there are multiple comment boxes where you can put all the information you want.
This is great for small businesses if you can afford the cost.
Its an affordable solution with good modules/options, but without being overly complex.
It is easy to customise the software to suit your needs and simplify the options of what you can see if you are not using the program in its all functionality.
Captures all of my risk studies, HAZOPs, qual;itative and semi qualitative. Bowties are simple to generate, easy to follow, visually pleasing.

To conclude, I am an avid fan how the capabilities and also very active in the M3 User Community.
Had some trouble with communication in China (servers in Sweden) - possibly problem for everyone outside China.
Good support both from consultants and web portal. Very good documentation available, lots of details on the setup.
And also for sales, all accounting are inherited from order. Workaround exists, but it is still a limitation.
Really appreciate the Infor & Overall Infor M3 very good & helpful for using.
Because the software is so customizable, it is extremely complex. This can cause problems if the person configuring it does not understand all of the processes and how they work.
The profit from implementation is always the improvement in the organization of work and hence the costs.
As we have associates leave, there is no need to replace them.
It's very customizable to meet your needs without loosing any performance. Infor OS makes it even more easy to use and more intuitive, alerts for tasks that you need to do are just great.
Output management (for forms such as customer invoices or packing lists) has long been a weak spot but that is being addressed with new tools being developed.
Factory management improved, production planning and material purchases were improved a lot by the use of INFOR M3.
Still recent software which means that the knowledge of APIs and new ways of using it are limited in both our organisation and in the consulting world.
Being able to personalize and make some moderate (and cost effective) additions to the program allow it to grow with our business.
This list can go on and on and I am still working on new ideas and solutions to improve processes and experience for our users.

Multi-currency is a breeze in Jim2, better than other software systems I have used. Jim2 is user friendly, you don't need an IT degree to use it and understand it, this is a huge win.
I have used some similar systems and they are clunky, ugly and you need a masters in coding to understand how the system works.
The team at Happen are eager to listen to feedback and happy to help with any issues. They give great support and training.
Unable to filter aged stock report to see true dead stock.
The people behind Jim2 are wonderful to work with. Very customer-centric and always willing to help.
If I had to find one thing I don't like about Jim2 it is no Android support.
We use it to run our entire business and rely on it heavily. It is also being improved constantly, which in turn helps us improve the way we run our business.
Barcodes cannot be uploaded through vendor stock feed. Some titles of stock code pricing can be contradicting.
In my opinion, Jim2's strength is its inventory management but the functionality about the software is my favourite part.
