The best part of the software is that you You can download data for any period that you desire. It provides with a very user-friendly dashboard and the ease of accounting is also there.
My advice for those scoping out Netsuite is seriously analyze your business requirements and then advocate the hell for them in the scoping or implementation phases.
It's ability to allow the user to customise the report by adding data field(s) which is great as we do not always need to go behind IT Professional asking for help.
Please do your research before you find yourself stuck in a contract with a bunch of misleading employees that won't even respond to your email or try to address your concerns.
The ability to customize just about anything your organization wants is rewarding. And if you are willing to spend, you can have your system fit your business processes like a glove.
I hate the reporting functionality, avoid it if I can. Might be that I don't really understand its uses.
We were fortunate enough to use a trained consultant to do the implementation and now we have a fantastic solution even through getting there was not smooth sailing.
Lack of direct integration to the PSA tool. We struggled with bringing all of the contract details into the PSA and associated project.
In all cases, the ability to customize to unique business needs, far beyond something like Quickbooks or Microsoft Dynamics, is fantastic.
And when you realise that a lot of what you are paying for is really very poor and that you have to buy additional software/SAAS to make up for it's shortcomings, it is even more expensive.
It makes certain things accounting wise very automated and easy. Integration features are amazing.
It still has the same old clunky "out of date" UI, very limited change is made in their annual updates - it remains very dated and Netsuite never address the key lack of functionality.
Software is very easy to use so suitable for all staff not just office based staff. Software is so powerful that you can use it for invoicing, customer support, CRM and Shopping carts.
The customer support is horrible. You can call your Account Executive and it takes days, weeks or months to get results.
I use it on a daily basis and its very useful for quick reports and billing. I find it very helpful when I have to raise a large number invoices at one go through the upload.

They have done a wonderful job in taking care of us from learning to use it to just small mistakes here and there. The support is outstanding.
It is very frustrating when you are in the middle of something to have to force close the program and start over. This happens to everyone in our company so it is not user error or a computer error.
Fishbowl is very user friendly, has great support, and great integrations with our other systems.
We have a repetitive problem with line items coming up as 0, which causes our orders to refuse to ship. It's time-consuming to repeatedly call to get them unstuck.
Our company evaluated about half a dozen different inventory management systems for features, support, ease of operation, price, etc. Fishbowl was the hands down winner, and remains the champion.
Horrible Company, they use to be good now they are just completely useless.
If you need to improve your operations this system is great and its worth every penny.
Very difficult to use for manufacturing such as selecting bill of material and etc.
The Fishbowl Plug-in team specifically Jacobi Sardoni is great to work with as they focus on the problem, help you resolve it and educate you on the way. Over all very professional in their efforts.

I like that there is a way to set multiple locations and easily transfer product from one location to another. Fishbowl Go makes it easy to perform certain tasks without being at an actual computer.
It allows us manage the inventory in our warehouse and integrates with Quickbook pretty smoothly. It is user friendly and doesn't take much training before we can get started.

Before we were using 3 different programs to track the orders, to check products availability and manage cases and it was a real disaster.
Clean intuitive interfaces that eliminate a great deal of hassle from end-user education. Robust out of the box solutions for many standard business needs.
We are in process of integration an ERP system with the bpm'online system with help of Partner of bpm'online so that no data was lost or missed out.
If you're looking for an easy-to-use and cost-effective CRM, this is a good one to try. Their process engine is a big advantage as well.
Didn't provide a modular pricing that we can adjust according to what we needs. Design features in marketing is limited.
We liked the easy customization and user-friendly interface. The scalability and security of our data was also important.
The mobile application was only slightly difficult to get used to navigating, but there was a lot of customization on the implementation end.
Even though the system is powerful and feature-rich already, we are confident that the product has a huge potential.

I like the ease of use it provides and the ability to customise. There is excellent support and forums with help available.
I am disappointed that they implemented user licenses for the PostBooks version, restricting it to 4 users (if I recall correctly, the original releases did not have this stipulation).
It was nice to be able to start with the free version and see just what this amazing piece of software could do.
When we migrate to a newer version,sometime we discover a lot of basic broken features or weird behavior. We test it with our version and the yellow truck to be sure is not from our side.
In short, I'd highly recommend Xtuple for any business as a high quality system with a team that seems dedicated to ongoing improvement.
It has been a problem from the beginning. We have used it for 7 years mainly due to the cost of replacement.
I like it because it is windows based and its customizable. The price tag for the software is very attractive and the yearly maintenance fee is fair as well.
The report editor is weak, at least up through 4.8.1. Text boxes don't auto-wrap making form design difficult.
The ability to create a custom solution that perfectly fit our client's needs.
Too platform specific - It used to run on Fedora and other Linus flavors. Now it is limited to Ubuntu and tends to lag, as Ubuntu does, behind the security updates.
I like the concept of customization depending on the employees' ease of use for better output. Very accommodating team and always open for customization as I said.
The entry-level offering, PostBooks, is free. You can request a free license key for up to four (4) users, running concurrently, which for small businesses or startups is fantastic.
XTuple does have a knowledgeable and helpful community and plenty of plugings and add-ons to ensure that it provides the solution that you need.

Our company had never used a CRM before but it has been a great starting point that I know we can expand upon when the time is right. Fantastic business development tool.
The mobile app is terrible; however, they claim to have a new one in production that should be rolled out soon.
As a very visual person, the ease and impact of the dashboard widgets are a great. Seeing your information in charts and graphs really help to monitor our marketing progress.
Lots of clicking to get where you need to go, and the inability to cross reference some items.
After sourcing out other CRM programs, Cosential fit best for us and the customization is great.
Two years in, as we are ready to deep-dive into more of the Cosential functionality we are being besieged by glitches that are impeding our use of the system, which is extremely frustrating.
The customer support was fantastic and after the on-boarding, I was given another excellent customer service rep (a real live person!) who returns my calls.
So many of our users are casual users so its difficult to achieve buy-in and explore all the features when you are working individually.
There are a lot of powerful features if you take the time to understand how to best utilize them.
Overall it is a great product, it's a great way to manage your pipeline and project sales process.
It's incredibly user friendly and is getting more and more user friendly with each and every update.

The customer support was fantastic and after the on-boarding, I was given another excellent customer service rep (a real live person!) who returns my calls.
So many of our users are casual users so its difficult to achieve buy-in and explore all the features when you are working individually.
There are a lot of powerful features if you take the time to understand how to best utilize them.
Overall it is a great product, it's a great way to manage your pipeline and project sales process.
It's incredibly user friendly and is getting more and more user friendly with each and every update.
Overall, their customer support is second to none. I have worked with a few different team members and they have always been responsive and helpful.
The ability to link Cosential with financial software through the Financial Data Connector is really powerful and convenient.

Over the years I have tried a number of CRM systems and always found them frustrating to use, unreliable and difficult to customise.
Good experience - without wanting to sound too jingoistic fantastic to have an Australian product of this quality in the market at a price that is accessible for small business.
The attitude can be a little defensive and you'll be asked to replicate the problem on-screen with their support personnel remotely watching before they take you seriously.
We've been using the tall emu software for about 6months and it has helped out client database 100% - great program and great customer service from their end... thank you.
This is time consuming and frustrating for staff.
General layout and functionality - great to use, powerful while still being simple and clean. Customisation - CSR and the team go above and beyond to customise for our needs.
We are still to refine our supplier purchasing processes and have found our method of calculating landed costs became too difficult to impliment in the system.
Experience has been very positive. From onboarding to implementation and daily use it's been great.

The support team are excellent and open to development suggestions at all times if there isn't an instant fix. I don't believe you will get such opportunities with some other platforms.
Lack of basic advise and support with set up/configuration post install. Poor communication from sales on road map.
I like the fact it is very user friendly with many options for various degrees of quoting and running production, I also like the sales projection and look back studies.
My least favourite aspect is that Touch Systems keep adding more and more features without fixing fundamental problems. This is very frustrating and counter productive.
Great System with good support and team is constantly refining it.
I'm guessing there is a reason they started to use a leasing company to stop people getting out of their contacts.
The ease of use and the way it works seamlessly with our accounts package.
When a stock item goes up in price it doesn't automatically do anything about your sub-assembly price. I might be wrong but I find this to be the only thing I don't like.
We like the ease of quoting jobs from price lists, easy to print job sheets and delivery notes, quick to send emails and marketing tab.
Don't like the use of 0845 customer service number couple with long wait times (& therefore extortionate costs for mobile users).
Great for planning production and quick and easy quoting.
The session itself was offered at a promotional rate also without prompting so this also was a good experience.
It has all the elements I need for an accurate and comprehensive quoting mechanism.
Customer support is second to none with a monthly support contract, any issues are quickly resolved over the phone and via team-viewer.
Would recommend to anyone in a similar business.
Fairly straight-forward interface with easy on the eye graphics. As logical as most transaction software systems.
