My company handles nearly 3,000 phone calls a day with a staff of only 15 people. 8x8 has created a system for us to handle these calls in a timely and organized manner. We have a fast-growing franchise business which operates mostly in a mobile fashion which means that we need something that can accommodate our mobile needs and ability to communicate with coworkers and our customers. 8x8 has been such a wonderful tool to help us do that! With the mobile apps, we can log into our 8x8 service and have the ability to keep servicing customers while on the go! We can't say enough about 8x8. We've tried other voice over ip services and non compare!
We have two businesses that run independently of each other, but use similar resources such as staff and equipment, so being able to have one phone system that can accommodate both companies under the same umbrella was a life saver. As the COO of both companies, I had to find a way to cut expenses and meet the requirements for our staff members to have only one phone on their desk but be able to receive both company's calls simultaneously and know which company's calls were coming in. We also have 4 locations and some traveling staff, so the ability to just plug and unplug your phone has been great. Virtual Office and fax has allowed us all to get the information we need wherever we are and that has also helped save time and money. Lastly, the consolidated/individual billing for each phone line has been fantastic. The bills are easy to access online, easy to read and always on time.
