Pros

Works great on mobile and desktop. The call quality was overall consistently good and it did integrate with Salesforce.
Overall every client I have connected with 8x8 has ended up loving them. The service is excellent as long as you have stable Internet and their customer service is outstanding.
There is also a nice selection of hold music to pick from. I never even thought about the hold music but we do have a lot of customers compliment us on the good hold music.

Pros

MightyCall is new, and you can tell in all the best ways. The apps and website are clean and easy to use, the pricing tiers are common sense, and the support team is responsive.
I like the portability and ease of administration. I am not locked into my office, and with their features it is comforting to know that the phone call is recorded allowing a higher level of CRM.
I like the clean interface and the look of the software dashboard. I liked that they had a promotion for a half price trial period for 3 months.

Cons

The customer service is terrible. We were told that the issues we were having were with our phones and that they were too old.
Why don't companies learn how much customers HATE the terrible off-shore support experiences that they have to deal with in so many industries these days.
It also crashes on me a lot. These are annoying issues, but they could also be much worse.

Cons

I never spend the time to write a review but the aggression I have went through with this company is crazy.
Then, they kept charging me after I cancelled and there wasn't even a phone number on the account. HORRIBLE SERVICE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE.
For the prime price that we were paying the support was terrible not to mention the service. We ended up just using this service through the computer for phone calls.
