Adversus is a cloud-based dialer and customer relationship management (CRM) solution designed to help small to midsize businesses manage operations related to client communications, telemarketing, lead management, and more. The platform enables users to automate call workflows using automated answering, custom call attempts, and lead prioritization measures.

Adversus comes with one-click registration functionality which allows managers to capture, as well as validate, information related to customers, sales and appointments. Features include customizable customer cards, conversation recording, privacy data cleanup, client segmentation, real-time campaigns tracking, and more. The solution allows users to export data into various formats including XLS, CSV and XLSX.

Adversus comes with filtering and branching functionality, enabling enterprises to define custom search rules and create multiple divisions to support different events or contact scenarios. Users can send emails or text messages to customers based on behaviors, segments or requirements.

Adversus lets managers create user groups for agents, as well as customers, and provides role-based permissions. A centralized dashboard helps managers track KPIs across departments and projects. Adversus integrates with various third-party applications such as Zapier, Plecto, Office 365, Slack, Intra Manager and Podio.
