Tania: At forward you can have redirections. That's what we talked about, so, your mobile phone number. You can decide which number you want displayed on your mobile when a call comes in. You can have the caller ID or you can have your Aircall phone number. For example, I don't really care about the caller ID because there are so many people calling but I want to know which number they are calling. Whether it's a French number a UK number a German number, so I know what language to answer the phone calls with. That is really basically up to your preferences.

As we said, we can import your contacts. We have calling preferences over here. Basically, you can decide which default phone number you want. I can decide I want my New York office number to be the first one to appear and the default country code, let's say the United States. You can also customize your ringtone when someone calls you over here.

To finish you have your email notifications over here. Basically this is a summary of what happened, during the day, during the week or during the month. It's up to you. You can have your voicemails. You can have your call assignments, your invoices and your daily follow up list. All of that arrives in the morning and you know what happened or what to do or what you need to catch up on.
