Tania: The calling menu over here enables you to choose which country you want to call. Let's say I want to call the United States -- and I can choose which phone number I want to use to call this person. As you can see, you can have many phone numbers associated to you. There are about 20 here. According to the people or the customers I want to talk to I choose the relevant phone number so that for them it's like a local call. Right now I can choose one of my US phone numbers and type in the number or choose the contact. This is the way it works. Then during your calling menu, you can take notes, you can assign calls, you can transfer them. You can transfer them to people outside Aircall. You can mute, you can put on hold, it's a very comprehensive. All the functionalities are available.

The other thing then is the settings. Basically here you can decide how you want your account to be run, what your preferences, what do you want as default, numbers or users. If you go in my account, you will see over here I can have my email address. I can have all the phone numbers I'm working from. You have the extension also. So, if someone calls a phone number and want to contact me directly they just enter that and it goes to me instantly.

I can set up my working hours. Since most phone numbers can be directed to your mobile phone and we work all over the world, I don't want to be woken up at two in the morning by a customer because that would be the ... So, I can set it up but I can change it very easily. If I decide I'm not taking a lunch on Monday and I just want to use it that way, it will save it up. Then once it's done the calls will be forwarded to my cell phone if I'm not available on the app. You can choose your time zone of course over here. Basically it's really customizable as you want. Here you can choose to be unavailable, available or auto which refers to these working hours.
