Pros

Customer support given by the Airmeet team is amazing. We get responses in less than an hour which are super helpful.
Airmeet has converted a physical events experience into a virtual meetup making the transition easy and fun during this pandemic. I personally find the concept of social lounge and backstage the best.
I was looking for fun and affordable ways to host events for my clients. Airmeet has a slick interface, is easy to use and is refreshing change from traditional video conferencing.

Pros

Support is amazing, there is nothing they won't help with. Easy to use once you have had a run through with them.
Superb customer support when we unexpectedly had to convert our conference to virtual.
The support!!! Always easy to get support and also very good support. I got my questions solved or I got to learn how to solve them myself.

Cons

It has been difficult to take the platform as a standard platform for webinars due to the possibilities of these bugs showing up.
They offered a demo and the only way I could get it was to use calendar app to schedule the demo. I had to book 3 weeks out, which was odd, but a lot of pressure for these kinds of projects.
The overall experience has been phenomenal. We used to do a lot of offline meetups and with this pandemic kicking in, it became really difficult for us to replicate that experience for our users.

Cons

Some registrants got confused that you had to register for oxford abstracts and then register again for the actual conference.
There are several places to hold data about an abstract and sometimes trying to combine data from 2 different areas is rather difficult.
It is hard to sort finding specific abstracts in PDF form without getting every single one of them.
