Pros

Customer support given by the Airmeet team is amazing. We get responses in less than an hour which are super helpful.
Airmeet has converted a physical events experience into a virtual meetup making the transition easy and fun during this pandemic. I personally find the concept of social lounge and backstage the best.
I was looking for fun and affordable ways to host events for my clients. Airmeet has a slick interface, is easy to use and is refreshing change from traditional video conferencing.

Pros

We present online Pubquiz with it and this works fine. Support is great, because they respond rapidly and are really helpful.
Excellent product, easy to set up even with no porevious knowledge. Good pricing and terms, excellent customer service.
After using the free 14 days version I had no doubts at all. The software is easy to use, complete, tons of features to interact and best of all: very stable and reliable connection.

Cons

It has been difficult to take the platform as a standard platform for webinars due to the possibilities of these bugs showing up.
They offered a demo and the only way I could get it was to use calendar app to schedule the demo. I had to book 3 weeks out, which was odd, but a lot of pressure for these kinds of projects.
The overall experience has been phenomenal. We used to do a lot of offline meetups and with this pandemic kicking in, it became really difficult for us to replicate that experience for our users.

Cons

The only downside of doing this is I am unable to track the traffic sources of the people that register for the webinar.
A pitty not my whole webinar got taped. And during webinar I did not get a sign that the internet/WiFi was weak.
As a buyer I didn't have a clue how much GB I would use. In the pricing this was a little bit confusing.
