Pros

It is an awesome thing using this software. I would recommend this to all to use it.
Perhaps I'm paying too much attention to customer service with my praise, but I just cannot help but feel satisfied having happened upon Aloware.
Many helpful features and creative uses. Makes marketing tracking super easy and automated.

Pros

I love how they helped me find the perfect numbers to easily be remembered by my customers. Thanks for having such a great product.
I have used customer service and have always been great. The system itself works great.
Easy to use, most of the changes can be made over my phone. And customer service was good.

Cons

I really don't have one that I can articulate. Every problem we've had, [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] worked extremely hard to fix immediately.
Upload templates became difficult on certain computer.
The first time mplementation was little bit problematic.

Cons

I have not run into any problems with the use of this software yet.
Could be a tad less expensive. Setting up was a little confusing when I thought I was deleting one thing.
There appears to be no option to turn off receiving voice mail recordings.
