Pros

It is an awesome thing using this software. I would recommend this to all to use it.
Perhaps I'm paying too much attention to customer service with my praise, but I just cannot help but feel satisfied having happened upon Aloware.
Many helpful features and creative uses. Makes marketing tracking super easy and automated.

Pros

This app was helpful during this COVID-19 pandemic with our church being closed. This app helped me to easily reach out to our members to provide announcements from the comfort of my home.
I think software is user friendly. I really enjoyed how easy the one can navigate the software without having to figure out what do while one is operating the calling post functions.
When we did call, they fixed it, apologized, and gave us a monetary credit towards our next bill. No one is perfect, and we appreciated their resolution.

Cons

I really don't have one that I can articulate. Every problem we've had, [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] worked extremely hard to fix immediately.
Upload templates became difficult on certain computer.
The first time mplementation was little bit problematic.

Cons

Over the past few months I've found that when I go to create and send messages I just get a message that the systems was unable to send, no reason or error why.
Sometimes the message won't send, and it gives you an error message of "Oops, something went wrong. You almost have to back out of the entire thing and get back in to get it to send.
When I called the representatives at Calling Post, they immediately refunded those calls and apologized for the problem.
