Do not use this is you have a prospects list over 1000. Etremely lacking as a CRM, reporting is terrible, customizations are so basic, and customer support is the worst I have ever seen. Even with the premium versions. The CRM system is so full of bugs and nasty little details they havent even thought about. Their webmail is the worst ever thing I have seen.

They are unable to give timeframes on fixing the problems and seem unconcerned. Support is terrible and rarely responds, and when they do it's normally a condescending conversation. Ve used Kinnser for over 8 years and will look for another solution which is sad. Worse, there were modules that simply didn't work and they were not able to fix them. We cut our losses and moved to another system and are very, very happy.

The look and functionality of the system is great. Clean and crisp the dashboard features are excellent. An assured price per hour worked through the software, which gets cheaper the more you use it. No ridiculous rate which becomes more expensive the more you use it.

My first thought as a developer was, that it's a bad design. This is the best HR software I have ever personally used. It's so simple to use, great features, easy to use (for employees) quick to clock in and out, great payroll system and reporting. All the modules are good, Easy to understand, the best part is to Post Status Updates as its allow to merge every person in a good way like a social media.

I like the user interface, its very colourful and very easy to understand and navigate even for non-IT user. I did not use Asana to it's potential due to lack of branding and it not being top of mind as compared to some of its competitors. The tool is dull and makes a project look boring. It is a super customizable platform to assign tasks and track them so that all team members have a good workload. The online support is also very helpful.

We have not yet found anything to dislike about GoToWebinar. We had one viewer who had trouble getting connected but that was an isolated incident. Our company loves this because most of our officers are home based so it give us the ability to stay on top of our game in the industry without leaving the comfort of our homes.

The lack of drag and drop used to be the biggest con for me, since I upload files often. We have integrated it via its API with our in-house issue tracking software: the integration was a little awkward but once set-up hasn't given us any problems. Good that you can allow owners access to their build site to observe progress of their build if they cant make it to site visits. I love the following features, selections, change orders, bids, budget, daily logs. All of these sections add a great deal of accountability to the home building process with great ease of use. Buildertrend has been a great tool for every department in our company. We love that we can create our own schedule templates and the capabilities/features of schedules and to-dos.

Spoke Phone have been great. The customer service is excellent and the price is fantastic, especially if you make lots of calls. Just remember to update your Automated message, as some customers ringing back complain about it sounding suspicious as the name of the company is said in a robotic voice.
