Pros

Pros

Over all experience is positive but there are some small areas to improve on with the app and the ability to pick up other calls in a timely and efficient manner.
What I like most about the Intulse dashboard is that there are so many great features, like the ability to fax from your computer, run reports on usage and send sms/texts messages.
The customer service/support team is excellent. Their response time is good, they're very personable and great at resolving any technical issues we run into.

Cons

Cons

I experience constant delays, and it results in missed calls. I work much quicker than the software, so in high stress situations I get stuck waiting for my phone to catch up with me.
Find me/follow me is a little annoying sometimes, but overall it does usually function. Upstream provider issues occasionally cause issues, but outages are typically minimal (less than 30 minutes).
Any issues we've had with the software seems to be user error.
