Pros

Great I got it through Nextiva which was giving it away for free during Covid. Like I said Quality wise this is king.
Great tool for communicating. Supports many features like videoconferencing and screen sharing.
Easy to use, easy to learn, a nice all-in-one solution that does exactly what it's supposed to do.

Cons

The only negative would be that it does not currently offer anything that sets it apart from it's competition.
The only way we can get it to work is to have everyone mute themselves, but then there is no group interaction. Also, it stops working and needs to be reinstalled constantly.
It's the worst communications tool I've ever used. If our IT VP would allow it, I'd stop using it in a second.
