Pros

Great I got it through Nextiva which was giving it away for free during Covid. Like I said Quality wise this is king.
I love how Amazon has almost ANYTHING you would like to buy (don't quote me on that btw lol) and I just am an Amazon lover forever.
Easy to use, easy to learn, a nice all-in-one solution that does exactly what it's supposed to do.

Pros

We use it to celebrate awards, birthdays and more. It's a great way that allows the staff to all be on the same page.
Groupie is a fantastic channel for internal communication within our hotel. Its super easy, quick and extremely user friendly for team members.
Share ideas, what has worked and what has not...celebrate the good times (birthdays, sales wins ect) and help chat with those when times are not the best.

Cons

Sometimes it lags out for apparently no reason but that is very rare and it seems Amazon has fixed it.
The Amazon support team is the worst response team I have ever worked within 40 years of customer service.
It's the worst communications tool I've ever used. If our IT VP would allow it, I'd stop using it in a second.

Cons

I can not think about anything that makes me dislike this software.
Sometimes the application gets stuck and is slow.
