Pros

I love how Amazon has almost ANYTHING you would like to buy (don't quote me on that btw lol) and I just am an Amazon lover forever.
Easy to use, easy to learn, a nice all-in-one solution that does exactly what it's supposed to do.
I like this application for it's ease of use over the internet to chat and share screens with clients.

Pros

Ease of use mainly - good quality calls as well which is nice especially when communicating across the world.
Users love the ease with which they can share content and because we've invested in some great conference phones the audio is fantastic - much better than voip over laptop speakers or headsets.
Very intuitive to use, always reliable and call quality is clear. Best feature is being able to mute certain people to deal with feedback and background noise.

Cons

Sometimes it lags out for apparently no reason but that is very rare and it seems Amazon has fixed it.
This product is not dependable and when there are issues Amazon support team are the absolute worst.
It was one of the worst conferencing tool we have used.

Cons

The automatic email produced is confusing to look at.
Can sometimes be unclear as to which dial in number / option should be used or which is cheapest.
There are no specific areas of this software that I would call a con.
