Pros

Great I got it through Nextiva which was giving it away for free during Covid. Like I said Quality wise this is king.
I love how Amazon has almost ANYTHING you would like to buy (don't quote me on that btw lol) and I just am an Amazon lover forever.
Great tool for communicating. Supports many features like videoconferencing and screen sharing.

Pros

What I like the most about it is Easy to use, friendly interface.
Every CPA should consider using a powerful tool with so many great functions like wikipro.
Great solutions for business to customer communication.

Cons

The only negative would be that it does not currently offer anything that sets it apart from it's competition.
The Amazon support team is the worst response team I have ever worked within 40 years of customer service.
It's the worst communications tool I've ever used. If our IT VP would allow it, I'd stop using it in a second.

Cons

Sometimes the app lost the history contents, and it does not pop up the message when there is actually new message.
I missed the notification sometimes, there are notifications in the app but its not showing on the icon.
It got stuck during e-sign if the document size is too large. For example, if the file has more than 10 pages.
