Pros

It is an excellent platform for remote meetings with the best video quality I know, it has allowed me to hold impeccable meetings in various places around the world.
Amazing solution that runs in the browser. No third-party app to install on the computer, which is great and remove any friction.
It is a very stable videoconferencing tool that ensures good performance and quality on all connections.

Pros

Great flexibility, superb interoperability, easy integration to different enterprise environments.
The combination of dedicated application for the desktop and mobile, combined with really high quality WebRTC ensures that any meeting is easy to join.
The simplicity and ease of use as well as the capability to join from any device or platform.

Cons

It is too easy to join other groups by mistake. Someone could hump in to a call by mistake, and that’s a bit uncomfortable.
I got lost a few times trying to find the "room number/name" of the person I needed to talk to.
The same with heaphones. I have my laptop connected with Bosse Quitecomfort Bluethoot, another Bluethoot speakers and plgged headphones and thats causing troubles.

Cons

It's solved numerous problems, from bad inter office and client communications to incompatibility with our disparate tech, to increasing engagement with our mobile users.
If I have to have a complaint it is the it can sometimes be too easy to use. There are many times where I think, "It can't be that easy!" so I'll make it more complicated than it is.
