Pros

It is an excellent platform for remote meetings with the best video quality I know, it has allowed me to hold impeccable meetings in various places around the world.
Amazing solution that runs in the browser. No third-party app to install on the computer, which is great and remove any friction.
It is a very stable videoconferencing tool that ensures good performance and quality on all connections.

Pros

With this amazing tool, we succeeded to get to the objective we had initially planned to achieve through a "real" physical event.
Help desk is SUPER responsive and supportive. Presentation mode is so smooth and easy for performers and speakers.
We loved the ease of use, the simple yet engaging layout, and the fact that it recreates the natural interactions of conference participants in the most natural way.

Cons

It is too easy to join other groups by mistake. Someone could hump in to a call by mistake, and that’s a bit uncomfortable.
I got lost a few times trying to find the "room number/name" of the person I needed to talk to.
The same with heaphones. I have my laptop connected with Bosse Quitecomfort Bluethoot, another Bluethoot speakers and plgged headphones and thats causing troubles.

Cons

One of our biggest complaints that caused a bit of disruption in our first event was that the table labels were too small for users to read, therefore they were moving around to the wrong tables.
Common unresolvable tech problems for some users - could only hear one other person, or couldn't be heard, for example. Limits group to 6 - sometimes wanted bigger option.
Have to give people details on how to use Remo because it’s not zoom and people think anything not zoom is automatically too hard to use.
