Pros

Support is great and the company is very responsive to needs of clients. This software has given us much more flexibility in communication and that has been a huge benefit to our office.
Again, powerful, cost effective, and the Avochato support is amazing. This is the new way of connecting with my past clients.
Avochato has been a great company to work with. Their team is lead by outstanding individuals who knows what it takes to run a successful start up business.

Pros

I really love the concept of MobileServe--that students are the responsible agents for tabulating their hours, and that it is easy for their supervisors to approve the time.
This software is user-friendly for our clientele and can be tailored to the needs of our specific organization. The customer service we have received has been outstanding.
I like the ease of use of the MobileServe App on our students iPad's and the customization abilities as a MobileServe administrator on the back-end.

Cons

There were quite a few bugs that popped up that made use difficult, but the support team was usually able to rectify the problems within a few hours.
It was another way to contact clients. The downside again was having to do it one an individual basis.
The voicemail feature is a little annoying and I think shouldn't be an option.

Cons

The only problem is that there are too many students submitting incomplete records and thinking that they're done with their part of it when they're not.
Students needed little assistance with their accounts and there was little to no frustration expressed by students when using MobileServe.
I have had many troubles with students not entering all the information such as category, supervisor names, supervisor's email, etc.
