Pros

Support is great and the company is very responsive to needs of clients. This software has given us much more flexibility in communication and that has been a huge benefit to our office.
Again, powerful, cost effective, and the Avochato support is amazing. This is the new way of connecting with my past clients.
Avochato has been a great company to work with. Their team is lead by outstanding individuals who knows what it takes to run a successful start up business.

Pros

Website administrators love the ease of using the SwimTopia platform (I have been the Muirfins webmaster for the past 4 years and I am so very impressed with SwimTopia).
I have used Swimtopia for almost 10 years, they are a great platform that I highly recommend. The website is easy to use and looks great.
I loved how easy r was to update things and it’s also great for setting permissions so that you can delegate jobs to other people.

Cons

There were quite a few bugs that popped up that made use difficult, but the support team was usually able to rectify the problems within a few hours.
It was another way to contact clients. The downside again was having to do it one an individual basis.
The voicemail feature is a little annoying and I think shouldn't be an option.

Cons

The work is truly distributed - no more volunteer webmaster hell for me.
The only challenge for me was a personal challenge. I am not entirely comfortable with 'web site design' and initially thought it was going to be the worst part of the transition to SwimTopia.
There were lists written on paper, documents on various peoples hard drives; I wanted everything in one place and organized.
