Pros

Support is great and the company is very responsive to needs of clients. This software has given us much more flexibility in communication and that has been a huge benefit to our office.
Again, powerful, cost effective, and the Avochato support is amazing. This is the new way of connecting with my past clients.
Avochato has been a great company to work with. Their team is lead by outstanding individuals who knows what it takes to run a successful start up business.

Pros

I have loved working with everyone there. From inception to implementation and even with customization it has been a very comfortable ride.
The self checkin has decreased the immediate need for a Front Desk. The online scheduling is a wonderful addition that makes life grand.
The ability to customize notes is excellent, also loved their support.

Cons

There were quite a few bugs that popped up that made use difficult, but the support team was usually able to rectify the problems within a few hours.
It was another way to contact clients. The downside again was having to do it one an individual basis.
The voicemail feature is a little annoying and I think shouldn't be an option.

Cons

Initial set up is horrible. They were only able to transfer my patients into system but no other information.
I prefer chart notes to read in a paragraph format rather than as bullet points, however this is a very small criticism.
You literally cannot do any customizing yourself or you have to pay.
