Pros

I really like this company. They don't take customer retention for granted and are very fair, kind and competent.
Customer Service-Help Line is awesome in helping solve issues. Response time was great and knowledge of software-product was excellent.
Difficult at the beginning as any new experience, to finally appreciate the advantages of an excellent service.

Pros

From thier willingness to keep advancing their platform, great customer service, marketing source tracking, and so much more, CTM has played a huge part in our company's and our clients' success.
Brilliant service from the team, very simple to install and the reporting is excellent.
CTM was an easy decision and the support we have received for onboarding and minor issues have been superb.

Cons

Especially over this covid crisis when travelling has become impossible, Avoxi is litterally saving our business projects.
It took a few tech's until I was able to get the information that I needed...but they stuck with me.
When I have found problems, I have gotten a response very fast.

Cons

They charge extra for spam protection, which other vendors do not.
It was a little tricky to set up cut once customer support walked us trough the problems we havent needed to tough things since.
