We are producing more engaging content more efficiently. It has help us collaborate better as a team on email content development and storytelling. Our audiences have responded with higher open rates and engagement which proves we are helping them cut through the noise and to get to what matters. This AI tool is invaluable for continuous learning on how to write Smart Brevity better and better.
Your onboarding process and customer service were excellent and helped us get set up and trained on Smart Brevity quickly. The platform has increased our real time collaboration as a team when producing our email communications. Our open rates and engagement metrics have increased significantly.
Our designer would like more fonts to choose. Evolve the AI to help with the email campaign metric analysis. Have a feature to resend to those who did not open the original email. Otherwise, this is a very good platform! Congratulations.

I love that my contact at Axios actually listens to my feedback and personally shows me the new additions.
I love the whole writing style idea. The format is easy to adapt, while also keeping consistency. It has made our newsletter more user-friendly and easier for our audience to read!
There are only minor things.. mostly more personalization of newsletters. Being able to change colors/fonts/formats!

It's been good! No major hiccups and the product does a more effective job than typical email software.
The best parts of Axios HQ are the brevity scores that keep us on track and efficient; then the other win is the reporting to see open rate, click through rate, etc.
The major con is the design structure in that we are limited in creativity and branding.

From day 1 I have had the pleasure of working with terrific Axios HQ personnel, who have been so supportive and encouraging. Axios HQ is a company with high values and principals with which I relate and encourage. A truly great company with a terrific product supported by the best of the best.
The flexibility and ease of preparing info blasts is the best. Axios HQ support is responsive and extremely helpful with suggestions for improving delivery as well as consistent upgrades to improve the product. I am truly impressed and grateful for continued support.
A bit pricy for a small company...but I do appreciate the value.

Overall it is simple to use for both internal and external communications
It would be nice if there was a bit more customization offered (in-line images, font options, etc)

Really enjoy the smart axioms feature and the ease of creating a newsletter.
Hard to get multiple employees in to the directory and the platform itself without manually uploading.

I really liked how Axios AI feature condensed my wording, and that it picked up on style formats that i left out on.
Heavy content can slow down the speed of the AI reading

10/10!
I like the feature of emoji assistance. I think it is really helpful that AXIOS gives you suggestions
I don't like that there are only two font options and the structure is a little rigid but i understand that is part of the process

I appreciate that Axios HQ saves me time in creating a monthly employee newsletter. The templates are easy to use, plus they provide recommended options and suggestions for making the content easier to digest. Axios HQ gives me flexibility in producing each edition of the newsletter, plus I really appreciate the end-user reporting data that lets me know/trend how many employees are reading each newsletter and referring to the content. This is among my favorite office software that I use regularly!
I would like to be able to place photos side-by-side at times and adjust font-size and colors within various articles. But overall, I have very few complaints about the Axios HQ tool.

Overall, AxiosHQ has been easy-to-use and allows us to present professional looking newsletters and emails. It helps to have a responsive supportive staff at AxiosHQ. I would recommend that businesses have at least two experts on staff who can then teach their colleagues.
Previous CRM for our school was unreliable, difficult to use, cumbersome and outdated. It was frustrating! Then we made the switch to AxiosHQ. Within two months, everyone was on board and happy with the wysiwyg, SmartBrevity feature, and the look and feel of it all!
No real cons except that the footer doesn't show during the building feature

We've been using the "smart brevity" features in Axios, and that has really helped us be more concise in our communications with other members.
We use Axios to compose, edit, approve and send emails to our membership. It checks all the boxes and makes it quite easy for people in different places to get in and work on the content.
After using the system for several years, there are several features we'd love to have. Being able to comment and annotate, so different reviewers can make suggestions about specific passages and wording, would be very helpful. A robust "track changes" feature, that allowed people to review edits (and could be either approved or rejected) would also be extremely helpful.

I use Axios for weekly and monthly team emails to our leaders. The card format makes it easy to write a well-structured email. The collaboration features have greatly benefited our monthly email, where we have 3-4 writers involved.
It would be great if you could manage the visibility of multiple newsletters a bit more easily. As this is adopted more within the company it has begun to be a bit harder to use.
