Pros

Overall, it is a good platform for my speech therapy meetings and I am grateful for the opportunity to have something where I quickly can pull up my necessary resources with the click of a button.
We have a white label version and the platform keeps getting better and better. The team at Blink have been responsive to our needs and the system is flexible so the it can grow with us as we grow.
Great, robust resources-materials tool. Functional whiteboard, 4. reliability.

Pros

Their customer support team is super helpful and always responsive. The solution was easy to implement and very flexible to support our business requirements.
The greatest benefits are the power and accuracy of the software and the ease of use. I have used SAP's and Oracle's software in the past and Atlas is far better.
Our experience with Atlas Planning has been outstanding. The consultants are very professional, knowledgeable, responsive, and they understand our business - which is a plus.

Cons

The inability at this time to have groups sessions online limits our use for groups and staff meetings.
There are some glitches at times that require action on the part of both me and my clients in order to remediate the problem.
It wastes a lot of time. There is no spinner and or dice feature built in.

Cons

A key weakness of the software has been reporting capability within the base package.
My dislikes also play on how detailed the software (Atlas) is. There are many configurations which is beneficial larger picture, but it makes internal adaptation more difficult.
We moved to the Atlas Planning system from a vintage ERP package with limited forecasting capability and no data hierarchy/roll-up.
