Pros

Overall, it is a good platform for my speech therapy meetings and I am grateful for the opportunity to have something where I quickly can pull up my necessary resources with the click of a button.
We have a white label version and the platform keeps getting better and better. The team at Blink have been responsive to our needs and the system is flexible so the it can grow with us as we grow.
Great, robust resources-materials tool. Functional whiteboard, 4. reliability.

Pros

I have been really impressed with the overall functionality of this software and how well it has integrated with my practice. I have looked at other EMR’s and Heno has hands-down been the best.
We have a great relationship with the core team, are getting better analytics than before with our previous EHR, and really like the integrated billing.
HENO has excellent customer support who are always available to help. Great software for our company and after a little practice, easy to use.

Cons

The inability at this time to have groups sessions online limits our use for groups and staff meetings.
There are some glitches at times that require action on the part of both me and my clients in order to remediate the problem.
It wastes a lot of time. There is no spinner and or dice feature built in.

Cons

The reports are still a little clunky, and disorganized. There are still occasional bugs that have to be worked out.
Training videos were a little difficult to follow and sometimes we would run into issues that didn't have a video.
Got lost at first, but was able to navigate after being trained.
