Pros

Overall, it is a good platform for my speech therapy meetings and I am grateful for the opportunity to have something where I quickly can pull up my necessary resources with the click of a button.
We have a white label version and the platform keeps getting better and better. The team at Blink have been responsive to our needs and the system is flexible so the it can grow with us as we grow.
Great, robust resources-materials tool. Functional whiteboard, 4. reliability.

Pros

An excellent, easy to use platform that is supported by a quick and effective team who are ready to support with anything you are unsure of.
White Fuse have been a dream to work with and are great value for money, I would highly recommend them.
The whole system is seamless from beginning to end and the user experience is excellent for both administrators and end users who sign up on the platform.

Cons

The inability at this time to have groups sessions online limits our use for groups and staff meetings.
There are some glitches at times that require action on the part of both me and my clients in order to remediate the problem.
It wastes a lot of time. There is no spinner and or dice feature built in.

Cons

Our website was extremely out of date and confusing to navigate.
When members log in with the wrong email address, they think they do not have membership and create a second membership account.
The functionality of building queries is a bit limited.
