Pros

Great quality of video and sound. Have had to use several different video conferencing software due to the current pandemic and this ones has been the best so far.
It was the platform for an interview I did with toptal. I loved the quality is the video stream, by far the best video quality I used on any other video conference application.
I love how easy it is to use bluejeans. My company uses this for our corporate calls with clients and it has been so reliable.

Pros

I'm happy with the service. I find that the ePly technicians are responsive on the phone if I need help and can usually sort out any issues or updates for in the same day.
Customer Service is by far your strong point. I love the ease and speed at which I can build a website, relatively HTML- and CCS-knowledge free.
They are proudly Canadian, innovative (constantly adding to and improving their services), very responsive, and always available to assist with any issues that come up.

Cons

Problem is when everyone has their speaker on we get an echo which is annoying.
Ever since then I am unable to use mic or video when using any video conferencing other than Zoom. It actually shows that my device has no camera and no mic.
Over the last 2 months, BJ is extremely unstable therefore we have stopped using this software for the moment.

Cons

Without Roger and Justin, I would never have created in one form ALL registration processes that caused me time and anguish.
The people who respond to questions never get overly technical and do not start speaking another language (geek) or act like it's a dumb question. And they always know how to "fix" problems.
Mass updates are not possible. This issue would stop me from using the product again unless it was fixed in a future release.
