Pros

Great quality of video and sound. Have had to use several different video conferencing software due to the current pandemic and this ones has been the best so far.
It was the platform for an interview I did with toptal. I loved the quality is the video stream, by far the best video quality I used on any other video conference application.
I love how easy it is to use bluejeans. My company uses this for our corporate calls with clients and it has been so reliable.

Pros

I am with an account manager that is on top of it and takes care of me, that is half the battle. Easy to set up a registration and easy to get help from the support team.
The reporting is great and I think this is an awesome product for conference registration.
Overall good registration tool with a great staff to help with any issues.

Cons

Problem is when everyone has their speaker on we get an echo which is annoying.
Ever since then I am unable to use mic or video when using any video conferencing other than Zoom. It actually shows that my device has no camera and no mic.
Over the last 2 months, BJ is extremely unstable therefore we have stopped using this software for the moment.

Cons

Within less than 24 hours of being told we were in "risk" after spending 3 hours creating a full registration page without warning our account was suspended and all of the work was lost.
Sometimes the email system does not work with some firewalls. ETouches is sometimes hard to get to merge with other programs that we use for different parts of our events.
Very little to dislike about this software. Only negatives encountered would be the rare occasion that emails sent via their marketing system get filtered out in recipient's spam folder.
