Pros
It fits great with anything you need to do to integrate multimedia into a presentation. As a youtube and animation into presentation-a-holic I found this to be especially awesome.
I use a lot for weekly and monthly meetings with my managers. Good interface, quality of the calls good at last without doubt the best in the market.
Reliable Software to conduct online events/Webinars/Conferences. A lot of features offered for a successful and satisfied webinar, on an HD video streaming.
Pros
The experience has been and on the few occasions we had some issues, the Livestorm customer care Team was prompt in resolving the issue and showing us how best to get the most out of the platform.
More, you can customize almost everything which is a great advantage. Finally, the support team are very helpful and responsive : they're always ready to help and give good advices.
The reminder emails are awesome and I'm confident that the emails led to an increased attendance rate overall. Did I mention how great the polls are.
Cons
I hate the fact that sometimes it can be very slow to load things and when you use the software the video call can sometimes freeze and it can be very frustrating.
Maybe warn people before they waste two hours. They say 'free trial, cancel anytime' but there's no visible option to cancel/suspend/delete account anywhere.
Several problem faced to setup business hangout. Customer support is very poor.
Cons
Initial complaint was brushed of as a technical error. Someone did call us to apologize and offer us a "compensation" only if we subscribed for one year.
I mean, the first time I used it I was a bit lost and could not find the Start Webinar option. Maybe They could have had it bigger or vibrate or something.
Guests have audio issues frequently and if they have to dial in it's very confusing and frustrating. If you have a guest speaker that would like to dial in this platform will not work for you.
