The system is fantastic

I was able to call out a lot more clients without any kind of problems.

Pros

When i run my reports it allows to me to see every little thing going on and honestly that makes my life much easier.

Cons

Honestly, I have no problems with this system whats so ever. If I did, I wouldn't be using this softward.

Gets the job done with only a few issues

I was able to make more calls, more efficiently.

Pros

It makes it much easier than having to search while talking which is not my strong suit lol

Cons

There were lags sometimes when trying to pull up scripts. Made it very awkward at the beginning when I didn't have the script memorized. I would like to see the software operate more seamlessly in the future.
