its the worst experience possible. I have Paid for a number and tried to connect it business whatsapp. and it has been three weeks now that i am getting "working on it" from support team and no results. i dont need this number for anything else but whatsapp, thus i feel throwing out money for nothing.

Great Product

Horrible.

I asked for a refund on the 1st of May and it is now the 11th and they still keep going in circles. They will not put me through to a manager and all they do is say "sorry for the inconvenience" which is clearly automated and just a general reply - goes to show how much they have these problems.

Disgusting customer service and will not give a refund even though I proved their sales lied.

Support is excellent, integrations is good with Pipedrive. Customer support is very responsive.

But Even I cancelled my account, they did not remove my credit cards and charged me. This is against all privacy law (GDPR, PDPA....) We will make a complaint to the authorities.

I think Amazon Connect is good as a phone tree, especially if you need any kind of automatons built in.

Sometimes, calls would drop, which could be frustrating for us and our clients.

Asking callers for info, parsing it through chatbots, routing speech into code to handle some sort of logic, things like that. I also think AC is good for speech and call tree analysis.

A lot of the features we required could not be handled, such as voicemails and recorded statements. Additionally, we had problems with connectivity and reliability which frustrated our users.

It can be a bit annoying. The advice/solutions from Amazon and the internet in general are quite flakey.

You have to use Amazon Pinpoint for that, but the number you purchase in Pinpoint, can't be used in Connect. That leads to a very awkward experience.

Easy to use once you figure out the features. Ability to view queues, track calls and agents.

Amazon Connect was super convenient for teaching many high school and college students the ropes of working in a call center.
