Great product, easy to implement

The fact the service and overall feature offering has continually improved ever since we started with them.

Pros

The ease and support when moving to this solution, and its constant evolution over time.

Cons

When we took the service the portal lacked many of the features that are now available.

Callroute app integration with MS Teams

Very good product and a user friendly interface

Pros

Callroute product is simple and easy to configure with your own Microsoft tenant i also like the simplicity of the Callroute app.

Cons

Reporting tool can be improved to have custom reports available at the moment only can use default reports on the dashboard.
