Pros

Sessions can be easily recorded and saved which can be used for future reference. Screen sharing is the best feature which is used for solving issues or working together on any important documents.
Both audio and video quality are good along with excellent feature for screen sharing. It has also integrated well with our organization's inherent legacy systems.
We use Webex both for attending other vendor's meetings and for presenting our own meetings. The software is very user friendly and we have always had an excellent quality for the meeting screens.

Pros

And a very good and reliable program, rarely hangs or closes, its voice communication system is very good, it is one of the best free tools for someone to support.
Furthermore, once connected successfully the connection is very stable with clear video quality.
An excellent alternative to TeamViewer and others and the best of all has a free version.

Cons

Webex's design is atrocious, and its legacy features live behind separate interfaces—which are somehow even worse than the design of the main UX—that make them incredibly confusing to use.
Some time auto login does not work, only a host can do a recording, which i feel a restriction. After update of webex , sometime it creates problem it reconnecting.
There was not anything that I disliked about the program. The program lagged some when in session with others, but who is to say that it was the software's fault.

Cons

Anydesk can be a problem when the internet connection is weak. Security of files is not guranteed at all.
I honestly have had absolutely zero problems using this software. It seems to be missing some features other remote control softwares have but I don't need those anyways.
Ve noticed that when I'm controlling someone's screen, the response time can lag a little. Ll click something, and it won't respond until a couple seconds later.
