Pros

Cisco Webex has good functionality, is pretty intuitive to use, and the chat functions work well to ask questions, exchange information and the visual clarity is good.
Webex has an easy interface and is good with some integrations like outlook. Webex has a good mobile app.
I love that it allows chatting with individuals during a conference, which is very helpful. The group chats, polls, raise hands; all these features are pretty cool and easy to use.

Pros

What I also loved was the quality in which meetings were being recorded In. They also provide a feature where you can save and share each recordings with others.
I liked the ease of ease of use and how easy it was to invite multiple people and have them all connect seamlessly.
This product has amazing quality and the software is easy to use and has clear visuals and audio. It is also easy to customize the features to your preferences.

Cons

Webex's design is atrocious, and its legacy features live behind separate interfaces—which are somehow even worse than the design of the main UX—that make them incredibly confusing to use.
Everytime you scroll through the people in the room, all the camera screens have to reload. Half the people in our room have audio problems and it's very ugly to the eye.
We have had trouble with the video when everyone first started working from home and opted for audio-only. I have also experience the inability to recorded meetings.

Cons

One issue is that any minor interruption in internet connectivity can cause disruption in the call and getting back to the call is a bit of pain.
What i dislike is we can add only maximum 100 participants and after completing trial version pricing are very high. It lags while video conferencing and audio syncing problem is also there sometime.
They refused to investigate, even though PayPal reps had thoroughly investigated and had some suggestions. They simply refused to consider the possibility of a problem on their end.

It is an alright product. Definitly better options out on the market.

Pros

It is great for a teaching environment, as it allows people to raise their hands and ask questions, as well as answer polls.

Cons

It's not as intuitive as Zoom or GoTomeeting, nor does it look as nice as Zoom or GoToMeeting. There are better options.

Highest Video Quality of all the Meeting Softwares

Other than the annoying forced browser extension that comes back everytime you disable it it is generally positive.

Pros

Highest Picture quality of all the tested software - Webex, Zoom, Bluejeans, GoToMeeting, and Chime and Huddle

Cons

Its the most dated looking software of all the currently used video meeting softwares could really use a facelift.

My company used GoToMeeting and WebEx to schedule meetings with clients. I greatly preferred WebEx.

Pros

Easy to use to an extent; integration with Outlook New Meeting Scheduling via Add-in; "Pass the ball" to make people Presenter is very intuitive

Cons

At times, WebEx can be confusing to new users who make a meeting and are the host, but then go "join" the meeting accidentally as an attendee.

Cost effective software support tool

WebEx used to be quite expensive for large organisation which forced us to GoToMeeting. Cisco must have revised their pricing model recently it is now much cheaper in comparison.

Pros

Lower cost comparing to GoToMeeting, yet provide smoother user experience especially in country with slow internet connections.

Cons

1) Request control and take control operations during screen sharing session can be simpler. 2) Launching new meeting should not require to download the same plugin all over again.

My experience with WebEx has been smooth. I find it intuitive and easy to use. I appreciate the option to customize my view by arranging the windows in a way that works for me. Not every program has this feature, or it's not as obvious and easy to use as WebEx.

Pros

For me, WebEx is more intuitive than GoToMeeting. For first time users, WebEx is easier to navigate and use.

Cons

There's nothing I don't like about WebEx.

Webex is still the best video/conference call app that I have used for business!

I have only had a few issues with the meeting technically but their Support was right on it and fixed immediately. I HIGHLY recommend Cisco Webex for business calls audio or video.

Pros

Easy to setup meetings/calls, easy to join, highly intuitive.

Cons

GoToMeeting has a cut-and-paste functionality that I like very much to put into my Outlook, however, I don't see this functionality in WebEx.

I liked the software. Didn't see a huge difference with other software programs but it essentially did the job.

Cons

Again, not finding a differentiator with zoom or gotomeeting or hangouts. I guess that it didn't have a reason I would continue paying for it.

Overall, we tend to use Skype or GoToMeeting way more often than Webex because of the issues we tend to have.

Pros

This software meets the general requirements of allowing you to schedule and hold online meetings, but that's about it.

Cons

This software is very clunky - it's hard to use without having proper training, and the interface is just not the best. Troubleshooting when you are having issues getting into meetings is a complete nightmare.

Overall, it is a great service and product that far exceeds competitors such as GotoMeeting. WebEx is much easier to use.

Pros

I enjoy how WebEx can be linked to Microsoft Outlook and added very easily to my Outlook calendar. It's great that I can add my meeting room or a different WebEx room with a simple click of the button and all the instructions and links are provided.

Cons

The video streaming quality can be poor sometimes and it does freeze at some points regardless of internet connection, whether it is wi-fi or hardwired internet.

WebEx: Still the most-reliable Meetings Software

Overall very good experience with WebEx and remains the most reliable among the many choices. However, the fact remains most other products can now match WebEx in terms of features and easy of use. Still the best for Enterprise users.

Pros

WebEx, even after tough competition from other players like Skype, Zoom, GoToMeeting, etc, is still the most reliable and trustable software for enterprise collaboration.

Cons

The pricing is on the higher side compared to other softwares in the category. Won't suite SME companies.

Sufficient for use

I had a good experience just liked other softwares better.

Pros

Feel like this is a sufficient software for meetings. I prefer gotomeeting and join.me over webex but feel like this is a good software.

Cons

I didn't not like it, I just like other softwares that do the same thing better.
