Pros

Easy to use : no need to install client S/W for meeting, only can invite an attendee by 2 steps. Good quality of vioce : can hear good quality of voice and latency is under 0.2 sec.

Everytime you scroll through the people in the room, all the camera screens have to reload. Half the people in our room have audio problems and it's very ugly to the eye.

There has been a few times where Zoom doesn't work well with my internet and I'll randomly be dropped from calls with no warning.

its a very good experience working with webex and i would recommend using webex to others as well.

Pros

Cisco webex is one of the stable online meeting software's i have used so far in comparison to BT meetme and Zoom meetings. Call back feature, audio quality and screen share facility helps our organization in scheduling and attending meetings online with out any hassles.

Cons

It hangs at times and frequent upgrades are the only points of concerns apart from that there is nothing which impacts the experience

This has been my favorite tool to use, over Zoom, GoTo Meeting, JoinMe, Hangouts, and even UberConference. Best tool on the market.

Pros

The google chrome plugin makes this meeting tool a breeze to integrate into your calendar, email, and other normal processes. Accessing your meeting room, inviting meeting guests, and calling in from wherever is maybe the easiest I've seen. Once you're in the meeting, sharing your screen, files, and other items is extremely simple and doesn't require your meeting guests to download plugins or apps.

Cons

I could see how people not using Chrome may not find this tool as convenient. I imagine the price is higher than other alternatives.
