WebEx is great and you can get an extension for your browser as well, making it easy to jump between browser and customer meetings
WebEX fails to live up to the features and functionalities that Zoom Meetings offer

I wouldn’t recommend this app as there are better developed ones around.
It brings my team and myself together easily and with much lag.
The quality and simplicity is few and far. I prefer zoom for my team meetings

This is a great alternative to Zoom for web meetings and depositions.
Most people are more used to Zoom rather than this software so it can make it confusing for some users.

Tried it as an alternative to Zoom but wasn't as user-friendly.
Can be used as an alternative to zoom for meetings; however, the functionality is a little harder to use compared to zoom.
Not as easy to use - harder to admit participants into a meeting, screen sharing, real-time chats, etc. Comparatively, Zoom is easier to use and have successfully done large meetings with no issues.

Lags in terms of reliability and audio&video quality Zoom and Microsoft Meetings.
The user interface in the latest versions improved a lot, so file sharing and display sharing are easier
During an average meeting, audio and video still momentarily drop

I really enjoy this product for ease of use when video conferencing, especially as the lead! It makes it so easy to implement when doing a presentation to 100+ guests and the privacy / network is best in class.
I least like the daily functionality of the software, and use Zoom or Teams instead for smaller everyday meetings.

Works well with smaller groups. Any more than 20 people the software can get glitchy
The free version has a lot of options like sharing screen, comment box, and a longer basic meeting time than Zoom
Sound quality is worse than Zoom or Google Meet. Many meetings were spent listening to others say that they couldn't hear what was said

I have been using this tool in my office to interact with clients in US on daily basis and found this tool very efficient. The quality of sound and video is amazing. The swift connection make it on edge.
Cisco webex is one of the best tool among all other meeting tools in terms of voice quality, user friendliness, connecting etc. Its widely used and very efficient meeting tool. The best thing i like about this tool is it's speed. It responses very fast and smooth.
Best quality comes at a good price. Yes cisco webex meetings is bit expensive than other tools like goto meeting or zoom.

The overall functionality of the meetings application is good. It is useful for cross organization communication like zoom.
Webex meetings provide good interface to perform group and individual chats as well as video calling. It also has a simple plugin for outlook that provides timely reminders for all scheduled meetings.
The only problem is the consistent reminder. It becomes irritating after a while.

Simply bad. I found zero to none advantages to another options ( Zoom, MS Teams, Google Meetings)
Steaming to Youtube is only positive thing i found on this application
I found numerus issues. Firstly when Cisco anounced it was free trial for 6 months i tried it personaly and tried to implement it for my wife complany and the implementation failed on 2 major steps. Registration was imposible for end users for about 15 days, meanwhile they switched to Zoom. Another major issue is usage for end users. It simply does not work nice. From end user perspective this is...

Ease of participation and no issues connecting etc. Very straight forward.
We chose this as our platform for our meetings over Zoom or Google Meet. It rarely if ever has any issues and communication and meetings are always clear!
The interface could be a bit jazzier but it is truly not necessary given what an effective product it is!

We use this for meetings. Average experience. I have used other software like zoom which is much better.
Nothing stands out in webex, Microsoft teams does a much better job. It is very average when it comes to interface and ease of use.
It gets stuck a lot. Also, there is no latest features like creating backgrounds, etc. The screen share is complicated.

I have been using Cisco Webex in a couple of my classes, and it has proved to be a overall very good virtual meeting software. The software is easy to use, easy to be able to record meetings for future viewing, and is also great for small meetings.
This software is what I used for one of my math classes. The software is pretty easy to use, and can be very helpful for meetings with professors and meetings. My professor picked WebEx over Zoom because it was better for him to use with his budget and amount of students. WebEx is really good for small meetings with less then 10 people.
This software is currently in the hard market for virtual meetings, and virtual classrooms. The cisco WebEx meetings are currently not as popular as the famous Zoom software as of now. In the E-learning market for colleges and schools all around the world Zoom still remains superior due to the fact that colleges are making their classes through zoom, and that is due to the fact that zoom has better features and is somewhat easier to navigate. The software WebEx meetings is not as visually appealing, and would need to be changed in appearance if it wants to be up to Zooms software.

Overall I’ve had a good experience with this product.
I like the ease of use of this software as well as the quality. It was very helpful when the pandemic hit and everything switched to online. Great for 1-1 meetings.
Doesn’t have as many features as Zoom but still works for simple video chatting. Not great for complex meetings with a lot of participants.

Like many other applications such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams, Webex provides the functionalities needed for meetings.
I liked the overall functionalities as a meeting application, such as chat, mute/unmute, raising hand, and checking participation list.
I find the screen sharing feature to not be as intuitive compared to other platforms such as Zoom and Microsoft Teams.

We bought Skype initially because Skype for business was so unreliable . Too often the conferencing technology became the center point of important meetings which is never a good thing. We switched to Skype and we found the reliability we expected in their software. WebEx makes connecting and running a meeting very easy. I integrates with MSoutlook seamlessly so creating meetings is a snap Overall we are very happy with Webex.
The best thing about this software is that it works. So many competitors versions crash during the most important client meetings. User interface is inituative and easy to use. Very good in environments that have lots of firewalls and security.
They could work on meetings with video and multiple people. Zoom seems to have better features in this area that webex could learn from

Cisco Webex allows us to have online meetings when firms are not using other products such as zoom or teams
The best thing about Webex is the quality of the video is good. I like the breakout feature and the ability to share attachments
There should be more virtual backgrounds and sometimes for other users, it’s difficult for them to connect to the audio so that becomes an issue.

As mentioned, a good alternative to Zoom and far better CS experience. However and if used to Zoom, be prepared to adapt to different or fewer features.
Webex is overall a decent software and I believe the best alternative to Zoom. Allows 50mins free meetings and free customer support.
Not everyone finds it straightforward, particularly on a browser. Fewer features than Zoom.

We use this keds now that ZOOM exists, but in a pinch we’ll still schedule meetings using WebEx.
It is easy to schedule or cancel meetings using WebEx. The platform is relatively straightforward to understand.
Call quality is sometimes poor or calls are dropped. Products like Zoom are more versatile and allow for easier screen sharing/control.

I was previously using zoom for most of my online meetings, and may continue to use Webex instead.
I enjoyed how easy it was to not only sign up, but to actually use Webex. I had just used Webex for the first time this past week, both on my laptop and my smart phone. While I did have a brief issue while using it on my phone, I did not have any issues whatsoever when using my laptop. The audio was clear, the video did not lag at all & video was clear as well.
While using this software on my iphone for the first time, I did experience a few moments where the video & shared screen had completely frozen (though audio continued to work fine, which was most important) The other people in the meeting didn’t experience any freezing, so it easily may have been an issue with my phone, or perhaps too many applications running at once.

Overall, the functionality is exactly what my organization needs to hold basic meetings and get the job done. Its a nice alternative to Zoom although it feels clunkier in presentation that Zoom does.
The functionality and user friendliness is very basic which makes it easy to navigate for new users.
It feels kind of clunky compared to Zoom. It would be nice if there could be a compromise between the two.

I like the easy-to-find tools for webinar attendees. I rarely had to explain where the "raise your hand" icon was more than once.
I felt like the software was clunkier than Zoom. It worked well for larger webinars, but I prefer Zoom for smaller, more intimate meetings. The quality of the audio and video seems to be a lot higher and the screen sharing is smoother.

It's OK. We don't love it, but we use it because we are forced to with certain clients.
Good for our higher security client meetings. Better security than Zoom. Sort-of easy to use once you get the hang of it.
Troublesome: laggy, bad user interface. Slow to load. Not preferred over Zoom. We only use it because we have to with certain clients

Overall a positive experience - would recommend to other corporate users who have traditionally used Webex.
A lot of features not available on Webex, including emojis and virtual backgrounds etc. Better user interface and more intuitive to use than Webex.
Sometimes the login doesn't work or takes a long time to load. And the call me function sometimes does not work well as well.

Another alternative meeting choice, besides WebEx.
Easy to set up meetings for multiple participants and user-friendly. The chat feature is nice and it works good for hosting a large group.
Our ITS department was initially reluctant to approve Zoom usage. Since they have updated their security features, it was approved and works fine.

We moved to this product from Webex after a problem with their backend caused severe downtime. The tool is great and even our die-hard Webex user abandoned Webex and moved to Zoom without being asked because of the simplicity of use.
Light-weight install and very easy to use tool. The install was simple and the tool's interface is very simple to use.
Some of the back end tools in support can be complex.
