I've had a great experience - it was very user friendly from the beginning and when I did have a question, Support has been very helpful.

It's been a really good experience. I've been with Consolto for almost 4 years I think and my business has grown because of their service. I rely on them.

Consolto, the best option for my business sales and outreach.

The software does what it is supposed to do and is easy to install. My problem was with the [SENSITIVE CONTENT] and the sales team. I bought a year's subscription to get the best price. After a few months, we realized that the general public is not ready to do instant video from a website. However, we had already paid for the full year that we were unable to use. They sent us an invoice a year later for the next year. We responded to cancel, and they told us that they don't give refunds. So, we paid for two full years but only used the service for a few weeks. Save your money.

I really the setup process on the back end which is a little cluttered but its easy to get use to after watching the tutorial.

So far the product is really easy to use and user friendly - but for me, good support is always the most important element of any product.

With Consolto, it’s been great so far!

I reached out requiring some technical assistance and I got prompt replies from the team, and on a as Saturday evening nonetheless!!

There is one small thing regarding color customization I asked if it’s possible and before I know it, [SENSITIVE CONTENT] added it to the roadmap and said to check back in a few weeks and it’ll be done!

It’s very common to find mediocrity in customer support with all the SaaS told out there these days. 

But once in a while you get one that is exceptional and stands out from the pack - that is Consolto! :)

The software is great but is a bit expensive in relation to Shopify and other apps I use there. I will continue look for options that fit my needs better, but in the meantime I will stay with Consolto. The client service is very satisfying.

One of the Best Live Marketing Suite

With Consolto, customers can pick how they want to talk to us, whether it's through chat, video call, or web call, which is super convenient. Everything I need is all in one place. Once configured, the working experience with Consolto is great! No delays in applying settings, specific notifications for staff and clients, great video and audio quality. It feels that the company is focused on offering quality over quantity. Very stable and user friendly interface, offering what is important to have a professional communication with visitors and potential customers. Not forget to mention the possibility to use the widget on many places in the same time.

Consolto Review: Unique and powerful tool for sales

Todd:                                                  Hi, my name is Todd and I am a mortgage broker, and I rate Consolto a five out of five.
                                                       Prior to using Consolto, we had experimented with both Loom and Zoom. I found Consolto to be much more friendly, especially when trying to put it onto web pages, add links, creating meeting rooms. The flexibility of it and the scalability of it is way better than what we were using for video conferencing before. It's just super easy to use. You can drag and drop it and put it on any webpage, which was fantastic for us. It just did a lot more than what the other two video conferencing softwares that most people use. We love it.
                                                       We ended up going with Consolto after sitting through the demo from the owner and watching what it can do. Just the additions as to what it could do as compared to other products like this was amazing. We thought that the support and the people behind it were fantastic. That was one of the main reasons I chose the product.
                                                       Consolto, it wasn't very intuitive at first, but once I got the flow of the way they were doing things, and then they also changed their dashboard right in the middle of all that, it's become much more user-friendly and intuitive. And as far as the ease of putting it onto individual webpages, we use a lot of marketing with single-page webpages, and to be able to drag and drop it right onto those webpages is a breeze. Creating the links and adding them into your email signatures or sending people links, it's just really easy. I don't know, it's just a really fantastic product.
                                                       I think the power of video conferencing is undervalued. The ability for you to see a person and talk to them immediately, if you get somebody... "Speed, delete", as they always say. If somebody's interested, and then you can get them in a face-to-face meeting and they see and meet you, it's just much more powerful, especially for somebody who's either in sales or medical or whatever, however you're going to be using video conferencing. I think the power of video and video conferencing cannot be understated.
