Having Remote Employees.

Pros

Clean interface. It integrates with Gmail.

Cons

It does not record call automatically so you have to remember to record calls if you want to record a conversation.

Good app for small business but a little glitch for large ones

Pros

It's easy to add contact, it email us as soon as we have a voice mail. Easy to answer when the clients call.

Cons

Also when the demand gets high there is no call waiting or even any alert letting them know there is another call coming inn which makes the software impartial.

Much better than a desk phone

Love the video chat and texting features.

Pros

I like that it also has video chat and texting capabilities, these really come in handy

Cons

Many of the users in my office have trouble with trying to answer calls on their mobile phone that are dropped when they pick them up, or they'll answer on the computer and their phone is still ringing.

Overall really easy to use, great UI. I love being able to take calls from anywhere that I have my computer or my phone.

Great UI, takes no time to integrate into your workflow.

Drops calls more often that I'd like and does not ring when app is closed.

It forwards calls to my cell phone.

Pros

Dialpad allows me to forward calls to my cellphone.

Cons

There was a period of time when my number would have a message saying it was disconnected for select callers. Our IT department asked Dialpad and they said it was the other caller's fault.

What a GREAT fit for our company!

Our company has about 30 employees in the office so we only needed a few features like call recording, a auto-attendant, and Salesforce integration.

High Quality and Feature Rich VOIP Phone System

A complete, enterprise featured phone system at an affordable price for small business.

Pros

The most important thing is the quality of the calls. I rarely have any choppiness or dropped calls.

Cons

I wish it was possible to create voicemail only users either for free or at a lower cost without having to purchase all users a full seat.

Dialpad works great for small business.

(A little slow to update & incorrect syncing of the voice mails). Dialpad has been constantly improving the apps so it appears all issues have been corrected.

Allow me to place calls via the Dialpad service.

Can be a bit difficult to clearly see the difference between the main number and my personal number.

We've gotten multiple clients using enterprise-level conferencing software always let us setup the meetings once they've tried our Uberconference system.

Cons

It'd be nice if you could change account settings directly through the desktop application without having to visit the Dialpad website to perform such actions.

Cloud-Based Office Phones Increase Productivity

Pros

I love the fact that you can easily look over your call history list and edit call information to the name of the caller -- I don't have the need to scribble phone messages on paper anymore because it's all conveniently on the app!

Cons

This results in a lot of accidental talking over your caller, but once you use the product for a while, you will get the hang of it.

Sometimes if my clients login before I do, my audio options disappear and I have to end the call and it drops everyone off... it's not very professional.

Good but gets in the way sometimes

I use Uberconf to conduct customer research interviews. Generally a great tool, but a couple of problems. First, it's not compatible with Safari which creates a problem for some people. Also, I can't seem to dial out to people whose phone number requires an extension.

Pros

Great, easy for me and my colleagues to use.

Cons

Also, I can't call someone if there phone number includes an extension (which happens quite often). 3) People are often confused when they connect to the conference via web. The caller ID information is often wrong so the user sees unfamiliar names and thinks they are in the wrong place.
