Pros

Pros: I finally have a system that I can use that consistently gets better. The ease of use and the ability to make adjustments is extremely helpful.
The ease of use and flexibility to make it fit your exact needs is a wonderful benefit and time saver.
As fantastic as the product is, a big big win for me has been how responsive the team is. Not once have I experienced Customer Support like I do with Drag.

Pros

The thing I like best about OpenOffice is that if integrated flawlessly with the more expensive, mainstream software packages.
The variety of export options is also very nice. The ability to open .doc and .docx files and have them look like they are supposed to is the most essential piece of this software.
I have Microsoft Office on my laptop and did not want to buy one more license. Having the option to have a free software that does everything that Microsoft Office does, it is a great solution.

Cons

A little unstable and refreshes happen occasionally. Doesn't happen all of the time, but it's a bit annoying when it does.
Sometimes it is in conflict with other add-ons that can cause bugging of Drag, but it does not happen often.
Lack of functionality present in similar software (Moo.do, Smartsheet, Atlassian JIRA). Sometimes refreshing lags.

Cons

My biggest problem with OpenOffice is that it tries to be Microsoft Office but is so much more awkward and clunky.
M not sure how you convert frustration to $, but at some point, you're in negative. Bugs get you there immediately.
Sometimes formatting becomes little difficult around pictures. Also Grammar check tool is missing from it.
