Organisation has changed mailing platform from Microsoft to em client. Till now it is similar to Microsoft Outlook. Can easily handle emails and meeting reminders.
I think interface isn't that good. Maybe its new software for us and not habitual.

I wanted Microsoft outlook but also something else, and plane gmail or yahoo wasn't so satisfied so this helped me a lot.
It's a really nice display along with many settings to the view of the emails and reminders, tasks and much more.
Well, the functionality of the program is quite poor as opposed to others in the same feeled, Auto caps is not served at all!

Great way to keep track of my email and contacts.
eM Client is one of the best email clients on the market, your search for an email is completed. eM Client works perfectly with eg. Gmail where you can sync email, calendar, contacts and tasks without any hassle.
It would be great if eM Client could save information directly to eg OneNote or Google Keep the same way as Microsoft Outlook can do.

Don't go for it. I just put extraa burden on your employees.
Our organization recently started using eM Client, previously we were using Microsoft outlook. And sorry , I don't have any pros to tell but regret and frustration.
Here you go- 1- totally confused GUI. smart folders , local folders and exported folders all would have inbox. You will wonder why is that ? 2- I experienced a real hard time while setting it up.. I wasted my 5 hours too get to know it basic functions and how we can use things which very simple in outlook. 3- I used to send DSR form outlook daily which is in form of table. When I first start to do that in eMclient , oh my gosh, I can't customize a table , can't merge to rows, can't copy same row with its properties in other rows.. 5- if I compare crating an DSR mail avg time in outlook and eMClient , it have 10 min difference. 6- it always ask you whether you forget to attach a file in this mail? Even on a simply two line mail. Zero intelligence lavel lavel.

I moved to eM Client a few years ago as my main day-to-day email client. It is quite happy getting my (multiple) Office 365. IMAP and GMail accounts.
A good, clean user interface that simply allows you to get to work rather than have to deal with the distraction of unnecessary visual niceties.
The auto-configure service can be a little unreliable sometimes and it decides to use it's own categories rather than using those already configured via other Microsoft Outlook clients.

I hope that the developers will take care of these things and we will get these done in upcoming upgrades.
It's an awesome software and is used in many organizations. Its interface is very good. Emails can be written in a good manner. Different platform than Microsoft Outlook. Colors used in product are perfect.
As this software is having different interface than outlook, its not an easy to use. Sometimes emails having large size attachments takes much time to load. If a user is viewing an email written from outlook doesn't look good because of the interface.

We recently started using this in our organisation before this we used to use microsoft outlook. It's good for basic mailing services and serves it's purpose well. Features are very limited but they cover all the basic ones.
Well replying to a mail chain and see all the previous mails is difficult in this. Except this i feel it's a good in budget client for Emails.

Our overall experience with eM Client is very positive. I would be happy to recommend it to any one looking for a good, reliable, traditional email client that is cheaper than Outlook. In fact, I like it better than Outlook anyway and though we now have Office 365 inc Outlook I have no intention of moving from eM Client.
One of our users has a strong aversion to webmail. eM Client is a good option for a traditional email client. Very much cheaper than Outlook but looks and feels familiar so is easy to use. We move to eM Client from Thunderbird and like the integration of eM Client with Google Contacts very helpful.
No particular issues. It's cheaper than Outlook but competes more with free clients so it would be nice of eM Client were cheaper than it is, but can't really complain as it doesn't cost much, is regularly updated and has given good, reliable service over many years.

Its an average tool for emails but i qould still prefer outlook.
Best feature is that we can see hard code for emails. We can send emojis if the email is personal.
The problem i am facing while using the application is to insert /delete rows in the table. Even one cannot undo if a row is inserted or deleted mistakenly.

Easy handling of email from multiple accounts, less cluttered interface than Outlook.
I'm not a fan of MS Outlook and was looking for an inexpensive alternative to handle Exchange email. It feels faster than Outlook and managing folders is better.
It occasionally has to restart due to database issues, but it's actually less of a problem than it was with Outlook.

Overall happy paying client, but would like that they develop more features to match and pass Outlook features.
Easy setup of our Google Accounts and the simplicity in some cases.
The features to catch up with Outlook is slow and makes you wish you still had Outlook no eM Client App for my phone and have to use Outlook on my phone. The features are hidden or non existed when composing an e-mail.

standard eMail client based system. Nothing special to distinguish from other alternatives to Outlook
Multiple eMail Accounts; GUI Customization
Database design poorly written and administered. Multiple , consistent problems causing complete loss of all eMails due to database curruption. Consistently r'cvd msg 'Checking for database corruption due to improperly closed'. No other software that I use causes loss of data except emclient. Even after recovering to a prior backup ,software no longer queued new emails to respective accounts. Only visible under 'All' Very disappointed.

I use eM Client as an alternative to Outlook due to Outlook's lack of a unified Inbox for IMAP accounts. It handles all internal and external email correspondence well.
Unified inbox for IMAP accounts, which is not available in Outlook for Windows. Search function is excellent. Snippets are nice. Most of the basics will be familiar to Outlook users.
I could wish for more customizability of the UI and sounds. There are a few areas in composing messages that could be easier to use, like inserting/removing links.

Working with eM Client is easy, setting it up to my own preferences is good. If you have the pro version, you can have an unlimited number of email accoungts managed through eM Client. Synchronization with web mail works flawlessly. Having worked with Microsoft Outlook and long ago with outlook express, eM Client is currently the only email management program that exceeds all expectations. Unlike web mail programs like Chrome with eM Client it is possibke to save emails to your hard drive (I prefer saving each and every email to my device).
At times it is not easy to find out how to adjust or change features, layout, and more. It's often a trial and error exercise. But once you manage to find out how it works, it's fine.

One of the best email clients I've used, better than outlook (otherwise I would be using that).
The main feature I was looking for when I found eM Client was the ability in integrate multiple email accounts from different providers into one email client. I reviewed many at the time (including Outlook)and found eM Client to be the best.
While you have added a theme builder it's not the easiest to use.

By dealing with customers through emails we are getting business.
Light weight software. Does not take much memory on your System. Simple software with less feature. Easily available at affordable prices.
Not much user friendly as Microsoft outlook. It will make you hodgepodge as it is difficult to colour you email or add any animation. Comes with less features. If you restart your system then it will take much time to start as it keeps on taking backups and syncing your mail which is disgusting sometimes.

I was having trouble getting Outlook to search GSuite mail since it is MAPI. eM Client solved that issue.
1. Searching is very easy in this product. You can find anything quickly. 2. Multithreading conversations is off the charts. It's much better than Outlook. They have a window on the right where you can see all prior conversations. 3. The mail handling and searching features are superior to Outlook. 4. Works well with Google Apps. 5. Calendar functionality is almost as good as Outlook.
1. Contacts are weaker than Outlook. Takes a long time to load. Not overly user friendly. 2. Must store all mail history. In Outlook, Google has a sync download that limits the size of your total inbox.

It's free and familiar.
Similar to Outlook, familiar interface. Easy to find what I want to do with it.
Sometimes an email sends itself while I am typing it. One update reconfigured some custom settings I had back to the default. Sometimes when I am reading an email it will minimize and bring the application window to the foreground all on its own.

It has completely replaced MS Outlook. I use it multiple times a day for all my email, calendar, contacts, and task management functions.
Synchronizes well with Google email and calendar. Easy to use layout with all of the features I want in a combination email, calendar, contacts manager. Pulls up email correspondence chain in separate view. I can customize views, categories, themes, etc.
Does not have a corresponding Android version. The contacts sync has sometimes resulted in duplicate entries. There is a duplicates tool to remove duplicates but it would be nice to have an easier to use merge contacts function added.

Great program that gets the job done. Well worth the price. The best outlook alternative that I tried (and i’ve tried them all)
Has a lot of functionality that Outlook had but is much more light weight. It does the stuff you need it to without all of the over complication of other mail clients. Especially like how it allows multiple google calendars to sync seamlessly into one overall calendar. Much better that outlooks tabbed/overlay calendar design.
Tasks/todo lists could be a little more robust. Adding email senders to handling rules could be better as well.

I needed a product similar to outlook when we switched providers and emclient fit the bill. I been happy with it for over 5 years.
It is easy to use and works with several email providers.
Hard to figure out how to remove names associated with emails that have changed to different people.
Thank you for the feedback! If you have some names connected to specific email, you can remove them either from your contacts or from the Recipients history in Menu>Settings>Compose. If you have trouble removing any specific one, please send me more details to olivia@emclient.com, I will be happy to help.

I would have chosen to go with this software if I could have counted on it to always send and receive.
It seemed to be the most feature-rich of all of the Outlook substitutes. Formatting text was super easy.
It sometimes didn't work!!! I think it would lose contact with the server. I needed something that I could always rely on.

I really do enjoy outlook but nowadays, with email, it needs to be function over form. Outlook is form over function. The web client, as much as it tries to look like Outlook for a client, is just bloated vs gmail and seems to be slower.
I like the slickness of the client, all the customization capabilities, and the UI. A very solid desktop client.
When the client doesn't work, it doesn't work. The latest version seems to not have as many issues, but in the past, man setting up a new profile was always a pain and something I felt I did way too often. I also don't like the fact that it slowly eats up your hard drive over time and if you want to migrate those PSTs, it wasn't easy. Random crashes here and there and just random software quirks just make it more unstable. And uninstalling the software? Man I have no idea where those unneeded files go and they seem to pop up here and there.
