Pros

Very easy to invite new users and members of the team to this conferencing software, no installation fuzz. Good quality of video and audio.
I find it easy to use, reliable and my clients like it too so it provides my business what I need.
Great tool, easy to use, cool features like live broadcast.

Pros

What I like most about Zoom is that it's always been a pretty solid connection to the other parties and sound quality is great.
It's super easy to use both on your phone/tablet and on the computer. It is great for both PCs and Macs and the share screen option works perfectly.
This is a great product to use for quick and easy meetings, especially with a lot of users/ callers. You can join the audio on your computer or by phone- it's great.

Cons

During the call we can chat with the client, exchange links etc. The downside is that this system has no automated e-mail to the client with a chat transcript.
You cannot share screen and camera at the same time, so the experience of the broadcast is dead.
Sign up landing page could be more convenient and more descriptive. No other cons I have come across.

Cons

The worst part of Zoom is it's slight lack of functionality, for instance, while there is scheduling a meeting for a group, they can't communicate with each other outside of Zoom.
If I do have problems sharing my screen, etc. then I have to typically leave zoom and re-enter the meeting. It always solves the problem but is an annoyance.
The recent discovery of the forced video/automatic video without your warning due to the install on your machine is very concerning, and I avoid this software now because of this.
